The clinic is clean and comfortable, and I received the most professional and accurate gastroscopy and colonoscopy, which gave me peace of mind and ruled out any lingering health concerns. I am a stubborn patient who tends to think I know best, but fortunately, I went to Dr. Timothy Wong. He promptly identified my intestinal condition and won me the best possible window for treatment and recovery. Thank you once again to Dr. Timothy Wong and his entire team!

I'm also very impressed with their receptionist who spoke multiple languages, Spanish and various dialects of Chinese. I was referred by a close friend who's a physician assistant (does not work for them). If they go to him as a patient it's gotta be a trusted place right? They have 2 locations, one on Union st and then this one on Prince st. They have on staff Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. The Union street is an older smaller office but it's ideal for me for early morning visits. I usually can zip in and out in no time.

I called in to complain because I was charged by my insurance even though they told me at first that I didn't have to pay anything for my annual physical. Also, I was told Dr. Wang would be there on the said schedule of my appointment, only to find out he was on vacation and whoever assessed me didn't even bother introduced himself. The tone of this clerk's (Tina's) voice was very condescending and as if she's instructing a toddler what to do. Didn't even apologize and she even called back without introducing herself and using a different number. I will never recommend this clinic and I will spread to everyone what a crappy service I have encountered with this clinic!

I hope Dr. Yang can personally ask the lady he hired how she can treat patients who come in for consultations and appointments so rudely in his absence?! Without even raising her head, she waves her hand as if to dismiss us! Please note, she doesn't even raise her head, doesn't even look at us, and just waves us away! Extremely impolite! I had previously called to confirm that they accept our insurance card, and they said they could, but because we hadn't decided on a time yet, we didn't schedule an appointment over the phone. Today, my boyfriend happened to be in the area, so I asked him to stop by to see if we could schedule a teeth cleaning appointment, and this lady didn't even look at us and just said they don't accept our card! I found it strange, so I called her, and she was sitting there with no one around, yet she wouldn't answer my call. My boyfriend was watching her, and she still wouldn't pick up the phone. I called 10 times, and she didn't answer a single call! Finally, she answered and immediately put me on hold with music. I waited 15 minutes with the music, and she still didn't pick up! I called again, and she immediately put me on hold with music! At that moment, there was no one else around the office, and she was not busy! When I called again, she said she was busy, but my boyfriend said she was just sitting there alone, not answering calls. Dr. Yang, how can you make money with such a receptionist? How can you still be considered the best doctor with such a rude receptionist treating patients so badly? Dr. Wei Ming Yang, Chinatown dentist, should really reform the office! I have worked in the medical field for nearly 16 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such a rude healthcare professional!
