Cons- we did find cigarette butts in our yard (which kind of stunk because we do not smoke), and then they were also sold out of a few really nice colors that they couldn't get anymore. That is understandable, so we picked the next one that we liked.

However, I cannot say the same for cleaning on the inside of my house. I recently booked an interior cleaning with Kim on a specific date. As the day of the cleaning approached, neither she nor Shawn called to confirm the appointment, and neither would return my multiple calls and texts. I was in a desperate situation to have my Airbnb cleaned for the next scheduled guest booking. Kim and Shawn's failure to communicate forced me to desperately find a more reliable cleaning service in time before the guests arrived. I was on the other side of the country at the time, so this further inconvenienced me, and it was an extremely stressful situation.
