Paid the cost to get it repaired. 2 days later, my phone fell from the couch from a hight of no more than 2 feet on to wooden floor and the screen cracked again. Having had iphones since they have been released I know the durability of the screens. This should not have happened. I then reenacted the exact fall of the phone with another iphone 5, knowing sure that the screen wouldn't crack and it didn't. Within an hour my phone was completely unusable, I couldn't open or close it. This would never happen with an original iphone screen. I arrived on monday morning to 511 tech solutions, and the person who deals with phone damage was not present. I then arrived back the following morning at 9.30am and the shop was closed. The shop was then finally opened 30 minutes late. When I explained what had happened with my phone, I was told I was going to have to pay 60 euro to fix the screen. I will never use tech solutions in future, the standard of their products are completely below par and their customer service is atrocious.

They repaired it within a few hours and brought it back to me at work the same day. I spoke to an employee on the phone the day before I had the courier come pick up my phone for them to repair it. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful. I wanted to see how the phone worked for awhile after repair. And about a month later it has been great and the battery is like new. The only odd thing that happened in the first few days after repair was that the screen wouldn't respond to touch. The volume, lock and home button worked but the screen was on and wouldn't respond to touch. I did a few hard resets and it would go back to normal and hasn't happened since, but it was a little nerve wrecking at first. Other than that I would return here for other repairs.

A few weeks later, the screen shattered from a fall of less than a meter - onto a wooden floor - with a protective case on. I returned and was charged another €200 for a second replacement. This time, they added a screen protector - something they should have done in the first place. Not long after, a blue inky patch appeared on the top left of the screen and gradually spread, making the phone completely unusable. Crucially, the phone had not been dropped, hit, or damaged in any way after the second repair. When I went back, they made me wait over an hour while the phone was supposedly being "assessed" (it just sat untouched on a desk). Eventually, I was told I'd need another new screen--and that it wasn't their fault after spending EU550 with them on two screens. Ended up getting it fixed properly by another provider for €150. Bottom line: Terrible customer service, poor-quality parts, and you'll find better prices and reliability elsewhere. Avoid ExpressTech at all costs.

Got it back and keys were not working, could not access the internet and screen would not zoom out. I was told this was a virus that I had downloaded before I had handed it in. They said they would wipe and restore my laptop for free. They did this. It took over a week and I didn't even get a text to say when it was ready as they had lost my details. When I finally got it home, I realised that they had deleted Microsoft Office and didn't put it back on. Along with this I now have Major speaker problems. As I don't trust them to go near my laptop again, I've brought the laptop elsewhere to be fixed and been told that the speaker must have been damaged by them while they had the laptop open. I took the pc and brought it straight to another shop in Phobsboro where I was told he unplugged a cable connected to one of my hard drives so that my PC wouldn't boot. The shop in phobsboro then repaired the pc for €20. Avoid this shop the owner is a thief. I still have the sticker on my pc from when he had my pc. I'll attach the photo below so he can't claim that I'm lying.
