My husband made it, we decided on a color, purchased, and we loaded up. They even helped us by getting some cardboard to protect the chairs from the tie straps. Most of our neighbors have used them because their work is top quality and long-lasting. After hiring multiple cheap contractors whose repairs failed within weeks we sought a bid from Tesuque. Every employee is outstanding, starting with Ashton who evaluated our exterior, offered detailed advice and proposed a detailed plan, budget and estimated timeframe. Office coordinator Jordan scheduled our work to begin exactly as promised - pending weather - and kept us informed throughout the work period. The crews were courteous, hard-working and incredibly talented, and crew chiefs including Omar, Alejandro and Oliver made sure all of the work was perfect, every detail addressed, and the site kept clean and safe. Supervisor Gethen stopped by almost daily to triple check the work, asked if we had any questions, and made sure we were happy with the work. If we spotted even the tiniest issue it was addressed immediately and with precision. This was the best contractor experience we've ever had in any home we've ever owned. I recently had the central heat and air unit replaced by Anderson Air. I got 5 bids, and they were…read morenot only the lowest, but the most professional, giving me three choices, listing four rebates that I could get, and spelling out everything else in detail. By contrast, one of the city's major plumbing companies spent five minutes looking at the unit and the estimator said "It'll be about $8,500" - nothing written, no mention of available rebates... I was impressed by the installation, which only took a morning, even though the unit is on the roof at the back of the house, and it took a long-arm crane to remove the old unit and lower the next in place. The next week, when they came for final check, their person changed the way the thermostat was mounted to make it more attractive - no charge. Today I was to have my first scheduled maintenance. It had been scheduled for more than two months. Since I'd received no reminder from Anderson, I called the main office when it was about 8;45 (maintenance was scheduled for 8:30 - 10:30) and was assured the man was on his way. I put my phone on the charger and went outside to work in the yard while I waited. 45 minutes later, the man still had not arrived. I went in and found a message on my phone from the maintenance guy asking me to call him to verify that I was home. I called, and he said since I didn't call right back, he'd gone on to his next job and I'd have to call the main office and reschedule. My only negative comment on Anderson is that they should have better communication between the office and the worker - the main office knew I was home, but I had to reschedule because the worker was trying to check on his own.

Likely story. It was some cranky old white guy what do you expect? These guys in sales and service are straight misogynistic. Thought they could talk to the GM like that because she's a woman. And continued to tell every employee that he could find that "we're gonna be buying a $20k unit". Deplorable. We'll see how things shake down from corporate in the coming weeks. But personally and professionally I would not recommend Anderson Air Corps.
