This is quite a…read moredecent size store and is part of The Mall, I came here to use the toilets after grabbing a coffee near enough next store at Rhode Island Coffee, who sadly don't have any toilets. The store was cluttered with "Black Weekend" stickers and most of the offers weren't worth shouting about in all honesty. Inside the store, it just felt average and perhaps a little like the old BHS store in Manchester before it shut down after the company went into administration. The toilets were average, and so were most things, it just didn't stand out as well. There was an issue with the lifts which were very slow, and the signal in store even with Free wi-fi remained poor. Overall, this is a decent store but it lacks on so many levels to the point I sadly think even two stars is slightly generous.

I think the staff are lovely in here specially around the make up area as they are very helpful. I went to the make up section in debenhams a few months ago and i wasn't sure what to buy or what suited me so the lady tried all these different products on me and after almost an hour we finally found which brand and product was for me. That lady definatly went the extra mile for me. I think the staff on the underwear section are a little bit stuck up. I once asked if i could try on a bra and they looked at me as if i had said something very offensive! The toys are great in this and as for the clothes there is definatly something for everybody here whatever your age or size. Overall a really good store that i use very often.

I have often picked up a nice shirt or hoodie for the fraction of the cost of a similar high-end brand name, if you are looking to kit yourself out with a new wardrobe then this is the place to shop. It is also disabled friendly with ramps and a nifty little lift at the back of the store that gives you access to the Houndshill.

It does get very busy in here and wouldn't be suitable for wheelchair users as you can hardly move has it is. There is lots of changing rooms in this shop but there has to be as like i said it gets very busy. They do a really nice selection of clothes for young teenagers and they do a good selection of underwear and shoes as well. I like to by my earrings and hair pieces from new look because they are cheap and always last.

As with all charity shops, there is sure a range of goods that it would be impossible to mention everything, but unlike some charity shops they actually price them at charity prices. They haven't succumbed to pricing books at only 50p less than the RRP for example. The furniture is generally old fashioned, but with old fashioned comes quality and a coat of paint will generally bring new life to it. They also offer a house clearance service for people if they want it. Situated on Rawlinson Street its rather out of the way for impulse shoppers.

There is also a range of toys from early baby rattles to toys for babies that are able to sit up by themselves. Of course there is a range of safety equipment such as stair gates and socket protectors. The staff are very friendly and only too happy to help. The shop is rather crowed due to the huge amount of prams taking up most of the floor space, so moving around the shop without knocking things over can be a challenge sometimes, especially if you have a baby in your arms.

They also cleverly offer the ability for you to order an item, and pay it off throughout your pregnancy to be delivered when you've paid it off meaning that the extremely poor people of barrow think they're getting a good deal as they dont notice the payments as much as a big one off payment. unfortunately they are also paying full, or if not higher, than RRP when prams can literally be bought brand new for half the price online!
