They made our house look beautiful, and in the process mentioned several improvements that were inexpensive and well worth the cost. They even rebuilt an old rotten deck and stairs and fixed shoddy work from a previous contractor that we'd had done. Now, not only is our home beautiful, but it's better insulated and sealed. We couldn't be happier with the end results. Oh, and Jessie's wife is an awesome cook! I've had Chicharrones before and never really cared for them, but Jessie shared some of her cooking for the crew and these changed this boy's mind on Chicharrones!!! Ilias won't return my calls, and I just got off the phone with Rod who tells me that I should have done my homework before purchasing the home. I've had my application "in processing" for 6+ Months only to find out from a city arborist regarding a tree removal request that my home is not zoned to increase # of units. For the last 6 months they lied to me saying that everything was going well, and that I'm almost to the finish line, then asked for another $1,000 last week for another level of necessary processing with the city. Now they are saying that they told my contractor that it wouldn't pass zoning reform, but were told to submit it anyways, which I believe is a false statement since they have been telling me everything is okay for the past half year, and a terrible business practice by Construction Concepts to accept my money for this project. At this time I haven't received any documentation to back up that claim. I asked that they remedy the situation with a full refund, after which I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then transferred to an extension voicemail and hung up on. Now they won't return my calls or emails.

From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly hardworking. What really impressed me was their integrity. During the project, my garage roof was accidentally taken down, even though it wasn't part of the original quote. Instead of cutting corners or making excuses, they stepped up and completely replaced the garage roof at no extra charge. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare these days. On top of that, they don't just do roofing they also handle wood framing and repairs. They worked on my patio as well, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Everything was done with care, precision, and attention to detail. They also installed a door for me once again going over and beyond what we were expecting.
