I am posting this anonymously because I believe people deserve clear, honest information before trusting a business with their health and money.
My experience with this business raised serious concerns about both the cost and the practices being used. The services are extremely expensive, especially given that many of the treatments and recommendations are not supported by credible, evidence-based medicine. I was repeatedly presented with services framed as necessary or urgent, but the explanations behind them were vague, inconsistent, and often did not hold up under basic research.
One of the most concerning aspects was the way "science" was presented. At times, religious or personal beliefs were cited as if they were medical facts, which felt inappropriate and misleading in a healthcare setting. There was a consistent pattern of overstating claims and presenting opinions as if they were proven medical truths.
I also witnessed what appeared to be diagnosing and "testing" for conditions such as parasites, allergies, UTIs, colds, and other medical issues--followed immediately by recommendations to purchase expensive treatments or packages. This is deeply concerning, especially because the provider does not appear to be legally qualified to diagnose, test for, or treat many of these conditions in a legitimate medical capacity. That line should not be blurred, and it creates real risk for clients who may rely on that information instead of seeking proper medical care.
There was also a strong sense of pressure throughout interactions. Conversations often felt less like patient care and more like sales tactics, with an emphasis on getting clients to commit to additional services. This environment can be especially harmful for people who are vulnerable, in pain, or searching for answers.
People deserve transparency, ethical practices, and care grounded in legitimate medical standards. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
