First off, my car now looks new on the inside. The outside is now as clean as can be. It's made my ride much more enjoyable. That alone is great. The staff, however, are warm and friendly. New Life Auto Spa did quality work when they detailed our Nissan Juke. It came back shiny clean and new looking. The quality of work was top notch. That said, the store front needs some major work. It was hard to find. New Life Auto Spa is actually a smaller part inside some other business, which I forget the name of at the moment. There's no actual real storefront sign, just a little blurb about them on the side of a vinyl banner that's hung on the building. The lobby area looks as if they are moving or something. I got my car's interior detailed buy new life via a Groupon I had purchased. Overall I was satisfied with the work for the discounted price I paid, but I would not have paid the full price for the detail. They did a great job cleaning the dust and dirt out of all the nooks and cranny's of the vehicle. What I was disappointed with was how slick my all weather mats were after being cleaned. Same with my break and gas pedals. And when I say slick I mean it, it was borderline dangerous as my feet kept slipping off the pedals. I was not warned about this and I almost backed into something on my way out of their parking lot because of it. Their shop, or at least the "lobby " does not give off the vibe of a professional business. It is basically a garage with a desk in it. It looks old, dirty, and industrial. I I know this probably didn't have any bearing on their skills, but they are in the business of aesthetics and making your vehicle look good, so I would think they would want to make a positive first impression for customers. The customer service I received from the owner lady was so so. Again, this surprised me because you would think the owners would be incredibly invested in making their customers happy. read more

Their office looks like they are in the middle of a move. I was a little hesitate when I walked in. It seems like 3-4 weeks to book a detailing appointment is common even though I can't imaging they have that much business. Overall my car is cleaner, but I'm not impressed. I don't think my vehicles were this clean when we purchased them. I am BEYOND impressed. My husband has a Subaru Legacy and we had it cleaned one day and it was FANTASTIC. Then my car the next day, which is a Dodge Journey. I was concerned about mine because it has been trashed by granola bar crumbs and children. It was spotless when I picked it up. The floors were immaculate, they even got in all the nooks and crannies. And I mean ALL of them. My car has several hidden compartments and they were even cleaned. The floors mats were great, the console area was near perfection, the exterior has also never been cleaner. I am just completely blown away. read more

I Googled the business before I bought a Groupon, and at the time didn't realize the business is actually called "Auto Tint & Toys" and "New Life Auto Spa" is just one of their services. The owners (I gathered that they are a husband and wife duo) make it pretty clear with how they interact with people that they aren't business people. First, the lack of professional signage makes it hard to find. Walking in, there is no one to greet you, and I had to knock on the door to the garage area on two separate occasions when I arrived (both dropping off and picking up my vehicle), which was awkward. The place has a shady feel to it. Of course, these initial perceptions could have be taken with a grain of salt if I had a good experience with the service. Unfortunately, there was slight damage done. When I took it back in to show them, I was (bizarrely) accused of lying. Luckily, I could prove one of the items, and even with proof it took 25 minutes of them bullying me to make it right and give me a partial refund to cover the cost of the damage. It escalated quickly and the energy I spent with these people made the entire experience beyond disappointing. I would have rather dealt with reasonable people who care about their customers and received no partial refund than go through that turmoil. TL;DR: If you do choose to go here, do yourself a favor and take timestamped photos of your car's interior/exterior beforehand so they can't do the same to you in the unfortunate event there are damages. read more

Worst Detail shop in town. I used to detail cars as a summer job while I was in college so I know what a detail is supposed to look like - at the very least a good car cleaning. I guess this was bad news for this place because the so called detail they gave me was the worst I had ever seen. From 10 feet away as I approached my car I could see swirls. Bad sign! The closer I got I realized that they hadn't even wiped off all of the wax. It was in the sun and had wax all over it and they didn't see it, think about that... It didn't take long to catch numerous other lazy misses. The windows weren't wiped off at all and had greasy residue from their cleaning product as well as armor-all. The door jams as well as around the doors and handles had armor-all finger prints all over! My touch screen, mirrors and speedometers were covered as well. I feel bad because this was a gift given to me by my wife. She purchased their detail package on Groupon. Which by the way is NOT worth it. For the $95 they charge, you can take that money to ANY other detail shop in town and get a better detail. The only reason she thought it was a good deal was because of all the services they listed on their site. Of all the things listed, half of them weren't done: Bug and tar removal - not done! Buffing - not done! Cleaning of the trunk, doorjambs, wheel wells, undercarriage, and engine compartment - not done! Rain-X for the windshield - not done! Dash, console, and vent cleaning - not done! Leather and vinyl conditioning - not done! To top all of this off, the entire time I was asking why so many things were missed and why some weren't done, they had the nerve to blame my wife and I! The owner's wife said we were touching the car and left all the greasy finger prints and that the car had chip damage on the front bumper so somehow that excused everything else. I asked why the above services weren't done and they laughed and said of course we wouldn't do all of that, it would have cost me three times the price! (wasn't this supposed to be a half off Groupon deal?) To top it off I asked to speak to the owner and he (without even seeing my car) told me to take my money else ware... Well ladies and gentlemen - that is exactly what I did and I suggest all of you do the same. read more

Honestly the people who work there are super nice - but the work they did on the car was shotty and sloppy. We have chrome accents on our interior- they must have used a spray on most of the interior- i know because they never wiped it off completely on MANY places. Our dashboard was still covered in whatever light colored compound they used - there was still a lot of dust and it didn't even shine. When i pulled up to get my SUV, my door was wide open draining my battery with the interior light on. My rims were splashed in mud and there were still smudgy finger marks from whomever "cleaned" it. It was vacuumed but not well. I bought a groupon to try these guys out for the first time- needless to say i would not recommend this place to any one. I guess you get what you pay for but def not a way to do business with shotty work. Plus when i got there, they gave me the wrong keys. read more

New Life Auto Spa did an AMAZING job cleaning and detailing my car- and let me tell you- the car was filthy! I use my old Honda CRV for gardening and hauling mulch in the summer, by summer's end my gardens look great, but the car does not! They got out mulch stains that I thought were permanent- all at a VERY good price-- and FAST service too-- in by 9 out by 3- very impressed! read more

I am very happy with the service. Staff is very friendly. I was embarrassed to let anyone in my car because of all the stains from spills. I took my car in and was told to pick it up the next day. The following day Michelle called me around 5:00 p.m. asking me if I could leave my car another day so they could clean my car a second time since they were not happy with the way the car was looking after the first cleaning. I agreed and I want to say the wait was worth it. This is my first time getting my car detailed and I feel that someone else would have given up after one try, but they didn't. Although a few of the stains are still there, I don't hold that against them. I know they did the best they could with the mess I gave them. My 6 yr. was very happy and said we have a new car. I hate having to post bad reviews, but honestly I was not impressed with my detail. If I'm paying "professionals" to detail my 8 month old SUV, I expect for it to look like I just drove it off the lot, and not feel like I need to go home and clean it. The leather seats were so oily that I didn't want to touch them, and when I got home I had to wipe them all down to remove the oil, and there was still dirt and debris in multiple places. I had asked them to remove some adhesive film from the chrome around one of my windows left from the stickers at purchase, and that wasn't done either. I have two labs who shed a lot and they did get a lot of the hair out of the back but there was still quite a bit left, though that was honestly the least of my worries as it will get hairy again. It just didn't look like a professional job. After I pointed out several things, they did make an attempt to fix it, but acted like i was inconveniencing them and the gal at the front seemed a little defensive. I dropped it off at 9 am and they were rushing to finish it at 7 pm, told me that someone called in. I was kind of put off at my first impression of their store as it's not very inviting, hard to find, and seems dirty and disorganized, but I try not to judge a book by its cover. Overall just not a good experience. I would not recommend. ***edited to add, my weather tech floor mats and pedals are so oily and slippery that with the little bit of rain this morning I almost wrecked twice due to my feet slipping. I've never had a "professional" detailer just slather my vehicle in armor-all and call it good. And once the carpet dried I can still see all of the salt from winter which is the main reason I wanted the detail in the first place. If I could give zero stars at this point I would. read more

Dirty. Smelly interior. Filthy windows. Grimy headlights. Dull exterior. Those are the results of a trip to New Life Auto Spa. The place is a total RIP off. I bought a Groupon on for their "Ultimate Detailing" and what I got was an ultimate mess! The carpet and upholstery were completely saturated and reeked of putrid chemicals. I had to use thick bath towels on the seat in order to drive and soaked through three in less than 24 hours. There was water condensation literally dripping from the windshield and all over the dashboard for days. The owner told me I just needed to let it sit with all the doors open for a couple days to dry out. Seriously?? The headlights were supposed to be restored to like new condition but had only one grimy wipe mark across each headlight lens. The car was not waxed nor were the windows treated with RainX as advertised. On top of the crappy workmanship, the owner called to change the name on my check - clearly a sign that this business is shady all around. Steer clear unless you want your car dirty, soaking wet and stinking like a chemical factory. read more

Bought an "ultimate detail" through groupon and it was a huge mistake. They had the car for 7 hours and they missed a ton of details. The exterior of my car did not look good at all. Rims were still dirty and covered in brake dust. Even though it was supposed to be buffed I saw no evidence of that. Dried wax remained all over the car. They damaged my Alcantara seats and did a poor vaccuming job. They missed all the edges on the interior trim. Glass and mirrors were still spotted. The Engine bay was dripping with what appeared be some kind of tire shine. I'm sure I'm missing a lot. After I pointed most of this out to one of the ladies there, the owner wanted to speak with me on the phone. First he argued that a claybar is only needed if you live by a railroad. Next he didn't think I knew what dried wax looked like. Overall horrible experience. read more

I really wanted to love them. I've been looking for someone I trust to detail my suv on a regular basis, and they are pretty close to where I work so it's easy to hitch a ride to and from. First I will point out this was not an overly dirty car. I'm a single person and it's garaged, so it's mostly accumulating dust and lint, and minor spills and whatnot in the driver's seat. On the pro side - I had an unfortunate spill from some eggs that had dried on the carpet, and they worked that out to look like new, and the job they did on the outside looked good. On the not so great side - the wipe down on the rest of it was sloppy at best. Basically it looked like my dash got a quick wipe and that was it (but even that wasn't thorough - there was still dust between the compass and window, on the edges, and in between the "tiers" of the dash. There were even two giant pieces of lint? hanging out right in the middle of the dash.). I uploaded several pics that I took right after I picked it up. You can see visible lint and dust, and zero attempt to wipe it out. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but when I take my car to be detailed, I expect that to mean the details will be handled. For over $100 with my groupon, I feel like I didn't get much better than running it through the car wash and a few minutes of vacuuming and scrubbing the one spot, so I'm really glad I didn't end up paying full price for it. I had to spend an additional hour and a half when I got it back wiping it down and attending to the details. Everything shown in these pictures was easily wiped off, no elbow grease required. I was hoping to be lazy and pay someone else to do it, and unfortunately it seems I paid someone else for something I still ended up having to do. It was annoying, to say the least. The customer service is very good! It looks like a friendly family run business. I bought a Groupon for them and they were extremely nice about honoring it even though it had expired. They had my car all day but I expected that for a busy car detailing place. I usually just leave my car there all day with no rush so they can get everything. As I was waiting for my ride to come pick me up the woman up front was so friendly to everyone that came in the door. When I picked up my car I was very pleased. There were some stains I thought were permanent that they were able to remove! I will say I've had better detailing jobs yes, but for the price I paid this was great. My car smelled nice and it was very clean. Any customers that were not happy or noticed something wrong were able to get it fixed right away. Overall this seems like a decent place. I think just focusing on details would make it a 5 star review! read more

I used two groupons for car detailing with New Life Auto Spa for our only two vehicles and it has been a nightmare! When we picked up our first vehicle I noticed discolorations on some of the plastic pieces, but the owner's husband claimed nothing they use would do that. Then we pick up our truck the next day and it has even more issues than the car did: discoloration of more plastic, make emblem paint rubbed off, did not clean the truck bed liner, did not clean the glove box although it was empty and they had cleaned it on the car, streak on the door where it looks like wax wasn't applied, and some kind of residue running down the chrome bumper! The owner rudely reinforced what her husband had said before with the car, said the full detail didn't include the truck bed, and that the glove box doesn't get cleaned because of personal items but it was empty and they had cleaned it on the car. She told me that she has "never dealt with a customer quite like me" in a condescending tone. She also told me over the phone that after I left, she and the customers who came in after me thought I was "Wow!". Very unprofessional and why would you tell and unhappy customer that you were joking about them to other customers! Spoke to another detailing business who said I was the second person he had talked to TODAY who had an issue with that business and needed someone to fix the mess they made! He said they had paid for a car bra to be fitted and New Life Auto Spa chipped their paint then refused to fix it. I have photos of all the aftermath of both vehicles taken day of for truck pickup and day after from car pickup, but I don't have before pictures to prove they are responsible for the discoloration, however the pictures can't be disputed on how terrible and sloppy of a job it was! What a waste of over $200 for a clean I could have done better and cheaper myself. NEVER AGAIN!!! Thanks for damaging both of our vehicles and then taking ownership of NOTHING!!! Oh, and the owner also said they took before pictures if I wanted to see them and when I said I would love to see one of the front of the truck to see if the discoloration was there before, but she took her words back by saying they took photos of the inside because there was "so much dog hair". My dogs only go in the truck to go the the vet which is maybe 4 times a year and they hadn't been in it for a month. She acted like there was "so much" that they did me a favor by not charging me more money because "dog hair is so hard to get out" she says. Really? It's called a vacuum and how does $109 plus tax not take care of everything for the truck when we had it completely empty and ready to go??? read more

Got their groupon deal because it seemed reasonable and they have such a positive review on groupon... well im pretty sure those reviews are fake. these guys destroyed my brand new car. They returned the car back to me covered in swirl marks, the towel being used to dry my car was blackened, and the guy even dropped it on the sidewalk as i approached him, then he picked it up and continued to scrub my car. The muffler tips werent touched. The interior was scratched to hell as well. I was horrified so I complained to the owner and he promised to "make it right". So i show up on the date he was supposed to "make it right" and his business was closed and he was nowhere to be found. I filed a complaint with the attorney general here in omaha, the guy lied through his teeth about it saying that my car was already damaged before he got to it and he did nothing wrong... of course, it was a nightmare. avoid this place like the plague! read more

They had our car for 6 hours and I think the only thing they did was shampoo the carpets and run it through a cheap car wash. I felt they did a terrible job on the detailing of my van. The leather was not touched, the dashboard still had scuff marks that I was able to easily remove. They were supposed to wax my vehicle. I highly doubt that occurred given the fact that when it rained the very next day, the water did not bead up like it does on a newly waxed vehicle. They were supposed to put rain-x on the windshield. Again, that did not happen. I am extremely disappointed and will never patronize New Life Auto Spa again. I now have to spend more money getting a quality detailing. Purchased a groupon for car detailing at this place for my Mazda3. I'm health freak and I'm always hoping in my car sweaty with cloth interior. Theses guys made any mess none existant after they got done. My car appears as a brand new vehicle that you could drive straight off the lot.
