Inside, it has a really welcoming waiting area, with individual treatment rooms that are beautifully decked out. 2. Stacey, my practitioner, was a perfect blend of professionally knowledgeable and engagingly friendly. She was thorough and innovative with my treatment, and she seemed genuinely concerned with getting me right. 3. I've never had a treatment like this before! I walked in with extreme back pain, willing to try anything. After acupuncture, reiki, aromatherapy, and more, Stacey addressed the pain (and the emotional turmoil underneath), and I walked out feeling NEW! I even got an appointment the same day I called. I legitimately don't know how I'm the first person to review this place, but do yourself a favor and try these folks out.

She started the massage with firm pressure & long strokes down my spine to that tender part where your hips connect. I took a class with Christine, who really knows her stuff! After spending time in the more trendy yoga studios around Chicagoland before moving back up here (i.e. Corepower), I'm glad to find one that seems committed in its core yoga practice without all the commercialized nonsense. The studio is clean, quiet and serene, and they offer mats, blocks, ropes and chairs for whatever practice is taking place. The music selection is well chosen and really compliments the practice (I didn't hear Enya once, which was a great sign). They offer classes in the AM & PM (the AM was full when I attended, which was also a good sign). Prices are more than reasonable, and classes are appropriate for all practice levels. It was calm, smelled wonderful and Kristy had a great and loving energy. We talked about what brought me in and what i wanted to get out of my session. I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet. I've been to quite a few different Reiki practitioners and each have their own style. Kristy's style appeared to jive with my energy and it felt wonderful. I will certainly go back. Kristy has my full recommendation!!
