These liars messed up my order, we order through door dash. I called them to tell them they didn't add my sauce for my sweet and sour chicken, they said we sorry what can they do. Did delivery. First time trying this place. Got wings, shrimp fried rice, and general tso chicken, and an egg roll. It was alright. I ate my general Tso till I was full but didn't save it like I normally would (tons left over.). My wife liked her chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. It was packaged well and on time. They got my order wrong the lady on the phone. I told her three times to let her know what I wanted to make sure that we were both on the same page with my order, so the food is delivered and she got three things wrong on my order she forgot three things. And then when I called back the first time so let them know that she forgot to put a another order of chicken wings in there and then I noticed she didn't get the other thing right she forgot to put another egg roll in there in my order. So when I call back there's a man that answers the phone, because they didn't charge me for the other things that I asked for he just hung up and thought it was okay so I called back he puts the other lady on the phone that took my order she was rude disrespectful and I'm explaining to her that I she missed some things on my order and she's arguing over me talking over me telling me that I'm wrong. Thee Best Chinese food in town point blank period,they are always nice and courteous on the phone and in person. The store is small and always decent. A couple of tables to eat if you decide to dine in. Adequate parking which is always a plus The dumpling are great and the service has always been pretty rapid with not one issue with the food. So we ordered at around 8 o'clock. We asked for 2 szechuan shrimp, and after it arrived, our Szechuan Shrimp came with a total of 3 shrimp. Mine only came with three, while the other order had absolutely no shrimp in it. After we called about it, it took an extra hour and 25 minutes to get it fixed, only to receive just the shrimp to add to our 2 hour old, cold food. We absolutely love this place! It's another hidden gem of Bridgeport. My boyfriend and I were at the laundromat next door when we discovered this place. We had low expectations, thinking it was one of those beat down Chinese food places with low quality food, considering we had never heard of it and it was clearly a take out place with low prices. Well, let me tell you how blown away we were! The food was ready in under 10 minutes and was hot and fresh, filled with flavor and vegetables and saucy goodness! Since then, we have made it a tradition to go there every week during laundry, and we even have them deliver in between! Trust me, the food will save your wallet and will not disappoint. Upon calling the restaurant (which is 5 minutes down the road) after the FIRST hour of waiting, they said the delivery guy left 15 minutes earlier... which means they have at least one delivery guy who is slacking off for over an hour at a time. My girlfriend says it's the same guy who delivered the food the last time we ordered from here, which took over an hour and a half. Fantastic. I got takeout from here after seeing a concert at the Klein. It looked good, so I ordered heavy. Veggie lomein was fantastic. The sweet and sour chicken very tasty and reminded me of the kind you get in Boston. That addictive, crunchy, chewy breading. The general tsao tofu was really killer. To top it off, the young woman who took my order was friendly and very cute. This place will be my new tradition after shows at the Klein. Remember to get beer for tour hotel early because it's Connecticut and they dont sell beer after 9 in the whole state read more
