She spoke to me in a rude manner and refused to provide me with any information regarding my father's remains. When I pushed her for information she hung up on me. The death of a loved one is already a trying time. There is no excuse for a mortuary employee to behave in such a rude and insensitive manner. Steer clear of this mortuary.

When we called Rose Mortuaries we initially spoke with Connie who was patient, empathetic, and did not overwhelm us at all. When we attended our first appointment we worked with Alex who saw us all the way through the entire process. We knew our father wished to be cremated, and Alex helped fill in all the gaps for our family. She was attentive and provided us space at the same time. She didn't push anything on us and clearly explained the essentials, dates, and was extremely flexible on accommodations that were in between some of the options offered. We had an intimidate memorial / viewing for our father at the Rancho Mirage location for immediate family. The location was private, quiet, and well presented. Our father was well presented and looked handsome and at rest.
