I emailed, texted and left a voicemail but never received any response and it's now been just about 2 weeks!!! What is wrong with a company wanting your business but never responds back? Even had another person say they never responded and their response was "that's not like us" give us another chance. " WHY????? Here we go again! Call your damn customers back and be a real service provider otherwise, GET out of this business! You are a piece of crap by ignoring your prospective customers!!!!!' Am I pissed? YESI am! I wanted to hire you but you chose to make a circus out of this, why even give me a quote? Why not just say "I'm a flake and won't do your job!" Is this how you treat your customers? A simple text or call explaining why you didn't respond would have been easy and nice but ignoring me just pissed me off! I can understand when things happen and you have issues and need additional time, but this is totally unacceptable and I hope your business totally fails! That's how mad you make your clients feel!

Right from the start, Michael gave us a straightforward quote with no hidden surprises. He was very prompt, showed up exactly when he said he would, and worked super hard! Great attention to detail, the lines along the trim and doors are clean, and there wasn't any mess left behind on our driveway or entryway. I added some before and after pictures so you can see how much better the curb appeal looks now. We are already planning to hire him again in the future to paint. My experience was that his workers finished the job quickly, without Cal being around hardly at all. When I questioned him about the peeling paint they painted over, he said that was how they did it. When I questioned him about the areas that weren't' chalked, he said the paint would keep the water out. They painted the front of the pillars on the front porch, but not the back side. I feel that they did not do what they contracted to do, and when I texted him with the pictures of areas of concern, he did not get back to me. I really would like to post the pictures of the peeling paint, the areas that were partly chalked, and the pillars not painted. I was able to upload a couple of pictures, but not all of them.
