We are on a cross country road trip with our dog. And my husband is allergic to dogs. So I wanted to treat my husband to a surprisingly dog hair free, clean car. I took the car here based on yelp reviews and boy am I glad I took I here. I had bags in the roof and so chose to have a hand wash and interior vacuum. And the two who cleaned the car were meticulous. The vacuumed every inch of the car so much so that my husband has not been able to smell 'dog' for a couple of days. If you are in Idaho Falls and need a car wash, u would definitely recommend this one. They do a terrific job and all of them are very sweet as well. read more

Bait and switch!! What a rip off! They said the price starts at $145 and could go up. I brought my car in which was already pretty clean. Just wanted to get it looking new so I could sell it. He quotes a higher price! When I asked what justifies the $145 he said a perfectly clean car!!! Duh, if it was perfectly clean then why would I bring in!!! We got it back and the windows were streaky and the mirrors still dirty. They said they have a unique process that cleans leather and vinyl. I'm pretty sure they just did a wet wipe Amor All!! Don't waste your money!! I could have hired my teenager for $20 bucks to do a better job! read more

Highly recommend that you use another business for car detailing. I Recently moved to Idaho Falls, and needed to get my car detailed after a busy summer. In years past I have used White Glove, a car detailing service in Blackfoot, Idaho. White Glove values their customers, and shows their appreciation by doing an exceptional job on their car detailing services while also being fairly priced. Assuming that all car detailing businesses offered exceptional and quality services, I decided to try out New Image Carwash. I began by calling, and speaking with a representative who scheduled me an appointment, and told me to have my car there by 8:30 a.m. Upon arriving at the specified time, I found trouble finding someone from this establishment anywhere on their premises. Eventually I found someone to help me, and was surprised to find out that no one had any idea about the appointment I had scheduled, but eventually got it worked out after the representative expected my car, gave me a quote, and sent me on my way by saying "your car will be like brand-new when you pick it up." Taking this assurance, I went about my day trusting that my car would be "like brand new" when I picked it up. Upon picking up my car, I ran into the same trouble of not finding anyone to assist me in the pick-up process and had to ring their service bell a few times until someone came. While I was waiting alone in their establishment I saw a sign that said "inspect your vehicle for we are not responsible for anything not done to satisfaction once vehicle leaves premises." Seeing this I decided to go out and inspect my vehicle. To my surprise I quickly noticed numerous things that were missed during the detailing process. This did not live up to the promise made to me by their representative who promised me my car would be "like brand new", so I brought this up to the representative who came to help me. This person said he would fix the things I pointed out, and I waited an additional 35-40 minutes while the missed things were vacuumed and wiped down within my vehicle. After completing my vehicle was clean, but not even close to the pristine condition I was used to having from White Glove. In conclusion I recommend you choose another detailing service, as New Image Car Wash is much higher priced to competitors, and they don't detail your vehicle to the pristine condition that competitors achieve. read more

I had the Diamond service for $18 since my car was pretty dusty and bug covered after a long drive. The pre-wash was outstanding! They ensured that every bug crusted on my car was cleaned off before I even entered the automatic section of the car wash. The car wash itself was wonderful and the attendant towel dried my car at the end. I couldn't have asked for better service. My only concern is how long I imagine the entire evolution would have taken had there been any sort of line. Overall, great price and great service! read more

My car looked awesome afterwards!! I didn't know it could be that clean! My only complaint is it is hard to find where the entrance to the place is - there is a lot going on there but no clear signage for the entrance. Great job on detailing! read more

This establishment needs to work on customer service. My wife went in a few years ago and got a car wash while paying for the wash she saw a deal for a car wash/oil change combo. She realized she needed an oil change after the money had already changed hands she asked if she could just pay the difference for the combo and get an oil change. She was told no but if she bought the combo now the manager could give her a card for a wash the next time she came in. She took them up on the offer. The card made it into the junk draw in our kitchen and was forgotten about. (We paid for many car washes in between). Fast forward to now (a few years later) and we are cleaning out the drawer and find the card. I take the card in to get the car washed (diamond level) and I am told that the card is a fake. I told them we bought the card from the front desk of this business from the manager on duty they told me sorry that there is nothing they can do. Then they say the card was stolen. So they are now calling me a thief and a liar. We will not be coming back. read more

For $25 I expect a little more. The diamond wash is supposed to come with tire shine but tires never look like they've been shined. It's supposed to come with air freshener but my car never smells any different. Once they put my antenna in the door and closed the door on it. Always have to wipe down the dash and touch up certain areas like the windshield after every visit.. Today they took my mat out to clean it, forgot to put it back in so I have to go back and get it.. Brought our lease car in for auto detailing as it is due to return. Asked for show room quality. When I picked up the car after two days; antenna was broken, turned in with 1/8 tank of gas and was empty. Bugs all over the front. I repeatedly ask if they used a buffer and buffing compound. My answers were "no" but "washed and scrubbed it". I was told its normal wear and the car dealership won't charge me. The problem I have with this is it's NOT their lease; it's mine. Bought a detail gift certificate for Mother's Day for my 82 y.o. Mother. She redeemed it late August 2017. Watched the employee wash all the windows, inside and out, with the same cloth, not stopping to see if they were clean. They appeared to be cleaned with Lemon Pledge. There was still dog hair on the front carpet and pieces of paper between the seats that all I had to do was look down at the space between the seats to see. The wells that you would put a cup into were dirty, as well as the place you put your hand into to open the door. They also steamed the upholstery on the front seats and they looked better. When my mother returned to have it redone she was told I didn't pay for the carpet to be vacuumed or the wells to be cleaned. I PAID THESE SHYSTERS $ 150.00 FOR A HALF ASSED JOB! They took advantage of an elderly woman and if I had been there I wouldn't have paid a penny more. You pay someone to do a better job than you could do. I paid for a crappy job and unfortunately New Image screwed my Mom out of even more money. Do the job yourself, you'll do a much better job. read more

I have had my vehicles lube at this location for years. I am a AMSOIL user and have always brought my oil and filter. I have always been charged $15.00 for an oil and filter change and $5.00 for a filter only change. Today I went in for my yearly change, first the lube technician was was less than enthusiastic about the job. Not rude, but I felt like I was a bother to him. When it came time to pay, WOW what a big surprise. $38.99. An increase in one year of $23.00. I understand prices going up, but really that much. Got home look at the service sheet, to my surprise it indicated that they add windshield washer fluid. Wonder where they added that, as just before I came to New Image Car Wash, I stopped at parts store and top it off to the point none could have been added. NEW IMAGE does not set forth A GOOD IMAGE. Nice thing that there are better car washes and lube places in town. read more
