Many of my trees are still sick and close to death. This is one reason I chose them. 6 months later, nothing. I figured they forgot. I called them about 9 or 10 months after the first treating and scheduled an appointment to have my trees looked at as promised and re-treated at no charge if needed. HE DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THEM APPOINTMENT. I took 1/2 day off to meet him. No phone call, no nothing. I have called to re-schedule a dozen times since and left voice mails. NO RESPONSE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

He talked to my husband about the job. When he showed up to look at the job he had a couple woman with him I didn't think anything about it I thought maybe one of them was his wife. But on the day they come back to do the job he had nothing but woman with him. This kind of work is not for women. I was worried the whole time they were there doing the job that one of them would get hurt. He did great work but we won't be connecting him again to do any more work for us until he gets a real crew. Not woman this is not the kind of work woman should be doing. I will not be recommending scrappys Tree Service either until he gets a real crew not a bunch of women who can really get hurt.
