They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. They restored faith in the industry after having been burned by a previous contractor who took our large deposit and only did a small amount of work before abandoning the job. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish we would have chosen Ramirez from the beginning.

They have ignored my request even though they read the text messages. Disappointed that I cannot get a reply. The easiest part a company can control is just to respond to their customers. For this reason, I would say they are not a reliable company.

They showed up exactly when they said they would and transformed my yard. Not sure if the bad reviews are directed at the previous owner, but my experience could not have been better!
