I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about--his 1 star review didn't even make sense. I have to wonder if he is confusing Dave's company (architect) with a builder. Dave is an accomplished architect. He was flexible, and welcomed revisions. He was so easy to work with, competent, and amiable. My neighbors also used Dave for their project, and that is where I got the referral. I am grateful to have found Dave. Highly recommended! read more
