At that time I left a bad review and they reached out saying it was an employee that no longer works there and wanted me to give them a second chance. My bad!!! I gave them a second chance and deleted my review. They gave me an outrageous quote which was sent to my insurance company. My insurance kept reaching out to them, trying to come to an agreement but CMS would not reply. CMS wanted me to forward a statement that they had wrote ( pretending it was me) to my insurance company. Outrageous!!! They stopped responding to me and my insurance company. As we were reaching the end of the year and rain hitting I had to move on. Had a roof leak, and got in touch with Arturo at Ammex. I discovered the leak about 2 hours before…read moresome rain was supposed to hit. He knew what to do, and gave me a decent price. He patched the roof to stop it from leaking (didn't charge me at that time), and came back after the impending rain and repaired it the proper way. I asked him when I would need a new roof, and he told me 10-15 years, which is right at what I had figured (didn't try to sell me a roof I didn't need). I supplied the materials, and he gave me a big discount. The three parts that he did need, he picked up, at his cost, and didn't upcharge on them. Only reason it is a 4 star review instead of 5 is that he told me he would be back on Tuesday, and didn't show up until nearly a week later than he said. This was okay, because the leak was stopped, but there was no call back to me to let me know that he wasn't coming that day. I will call Ammex again, and can recommend that you do the same.
