He got the professional treatment and care by the whole team of the doctors, specialists, nurses and staffs! Especially Dr. Kesheng Wu, Dr. Rainer, Speech Therapist Kaylin Chikuma, RN Nancy/Melanie/MJ, with their team work, my father turned better and was discharged today. Our family deeply appreciated the services from Whittier Hospital Medical Center! Thank you guys!

From what I've observed, a lot of senior people visit this pharmacy, yet employees like her seem to feel entitled to treat people poorly. She has that job thanks to the very people who come in there; if she isn't happy serving the public, she should find another job instead of ruining everyone else's day. I hope Kaiser takes this matter into account.

I love that their gowns are actually soft cloth. I know one year they switched to a harsher material but love that we're back to soft items. They provide results within days to my Dr and thank goodness, each experience is nice. They have the cutest little boutique inside too. I've bought beanies from them before and this year they had the cutest Christmas tree and ornaments for sale.

They don't rush you or give you the runaround. I appreciate their help with my son yesterday considering I had to go to two other offices, took me half the day but thank God we found out my son has an ear infection and got medication. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and made the transition seamless with excellent continuity of care. One of the best parts? They have Korean-speaking staff! My mom was thrilled to finally have a conversation with her provider without needing me to play translator. (Honestly, I think she enjoys not having me butcher her medical questions anymore .) Also, bonus points for the parking lot in the back--it makes visits that much more convenient.
