I have been doing HRT for many years and recently moved here from NJ. it's always difficult to find a replacement for someone you've been going to for years but I made the right choice by choosing Coastline Wellness! From the moment I walked into the office I felt very comfortable and Chris was very knowledgeable, understanding and easy to talk to. Their office is super clean and not "fussy" with hundreds of brochures pushing different programs on you. His staff (which includes his sweet wife) are top notch. Chris set me up right away with what I was interested in and didn't push anything else on me. Their prices are more than reasonable with no "extra expenses" that most places charge you. My kids are young adults and they all love her. I am a middle aged woman and found she could really relate to me and helped me so much. I cannot recommend her enough. We left a voicemail and his recording confirmed that he would reach out within 24 hours, as he said is required. It's been a month and we have not heard back from him. He also lists on his website that he's "Licensed". The North Carolina Psychology Board doesn't have any record of him. Neither does the American Psychological Association. Time for a Better Business Bureau complaint to ensure nobody gets duped again.

He has not yet answered any of her emails and never answers her phone calls. And he had emailed her that morning to confirm the appt! Both times she drove a considerable distance only to wait in the parking lot in the dark with no contact from Josh. She has made it clear to Josh that she is barely holding it together. He has made it clear that he doesn't care. Do not waste your time with this guy like she did.

I actually had seen several different psychiatrist because I was trying to find the right fit for me and Jackie is the absolute most, caring, loving, supportive, AND TACTFUL provider. I guarantee you that the other person that just wrote about her is not giving the full story whatsoever. Also if there's ever anything wrong at my pharmacy herself and Emily and Samaya, (these two work the front desk and are sweethearts and take their job seriously) sorry if that spelled wrong, but they ALWAYS make sure Jackie knows what's going on and Jaqueline Owen ALWAYS gets on it as soon as she can (especially with this whole crazy back order of a ton of psych meds right now). And on top of that she's super super busy. SHE TRULY TRULY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS WHICH IS WHY I'VE STAYED WITH HER AND WILL BE HER PATIENT LONG TERM.
