I came for the highly requested and highly touted sourdough baking class, which I was lucky to get into! I went from ruining every loaf of bread I attempted to bake, to being an absolute sourdough champion, baking the most beautiful and best-tasting sourdough ever! The class was very impressively structured, with everything flowing logically, and also being able to fit everything in. The locale is gorgeous on the inside. Very clean, and very well-equipped. I loved that I had my own personal station, with my own tools and stove/oven. I've participated in cooking classes where this wasn't the case, and now I never take it for granted! Such a great experience, and they have so many offerings for all types of diets, and even kids summer camps and classes! Go check them out!

They have a back room full of bar stools, bar top tables, barrel heads and more, all to use as examples of what you can custom order. Everything is very reasonably priced. Especially considering that it's all made by hand. We ordered four chairs/stools. The seat parts are half barrel heads and the legs are barrel staves. They are sturdy and well worth the price that I paid. I was able to customize the height and color/stain. They took two weeks to be made and turned out better than the example that they had there in the showroom. The owner or whoever makes the stuff is very friendly and an absolute hoot. He loved my Toms, except not. He said that they were the weirdest shoes that he's ever seen. He totally reminded me of my grandpa. If you're a bit dry, you may not get his sense of humor. When we went in to pick them up, he joked and acted like the chairs weren't ready yet. That wasn't too funny at the time, until he let on that he was only joking. Shew.
