They plow with a tractor so not only do they miss 1/3 of her driveway, but it gets so packed down before even getting cleared that her driveway turns into an ice rink. She has unlimited plowing, yet they refuse to plow unless X amount of snow has freshly fallen. When my mother in law called to request their service after the county plow buried her driveway in the girl that answered basically told her tough and sounded like she was reading a script, then when my mother asked why, because they did it for her last year, the girl hung up on her.
