For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. Before booking with groundworks I read only stellar 5 star reviews, and I am confident in saying they are all well deserved.
