I defiantly prefer to have Rosedale looking house. I start building as is and looking for help to improve the exterior. I even hire the interior desiner. She was super useless. My house is very difficult. It has 9 corners and too many restrictions. A real test for architector or a desiner! I was lucky to find Gary. He was working as an artist- very easy, somewhat mindfully, totally submerged into the work. The outcome was - what I was looking for! Beautiful design, expensive looking but less expensive to build. I copy each and every element and I am building as he draw. Later on he also helped me with foyer and other tricky interior elements. I have to say it is great work as well. Just beautiful. That was best money spend and best experience. If I had to build another house I would hire him to do the whole project. It would make the project flawless, save time, money and struggle.
