Cowboy Cab gets 3 stars from us for a couple reasons…read more We LIKED how the driver came into the airport to pick us up and was patient with us while we installed our baby's carseat. She was very nice and enjoyed talking a lot about the area as we drove in. Our family who uses this company a lot have all had great, friendly, prompt drivers and are always happy with the service. We couldn't, however, get over the fact that our driver TEXTED while driving, a LOT. My husband who was in the front seat actually offered to help her by saying "Would you like me to do something on your phone for you while you drive us?" and she replied with "No that's ok, I'm a pro.". While doing this, she wasn't exactly driving like a pro so it did make us a little nervous but other than that she was really, really nice! We will still call them again next time we are in town:)

I was on an extremely delayed flight, and Rod (owner) was already waiting at the airport when we…read morearrived to pick up a fare who had called ahead. It was 2 AM, and he'd been waiting, no doubt, for hours. Every other cab was packed. Rod had also already agreed to take a second person, but when he discovered I didn't have a way home, he agreed to take me as well, despite the fact that my destination was way on the other side of town. He probably got three hours of sleep that night, but that's just how Rod does business. He takes care of people.

This is a great service that was suggested to us by our hotel in Jackson Hole. Since we did not…read morerent a car we figured this would be a great way to get to the Grand Targhee Ski Resort for a day filled with skiing. We were picked up by a cab from our hotel at 7:30am. The cab then took us to a bus car park in Jackson so that we could load the bus, with other skiers, that would be taking us from there to the ski resort. The ride was beautiful and our bus driver was very knowable about the area. When we arrived at Targhee our bus driver explained where lockers were, where we could eat lunch and gave us other insight about the ski resort. He let us know we could leave anything in the bus, the bus would we parked there all day. He told us to meet back at the bus at 4:00 for a 4:15 departure. The ride home was also beautiful, the bus driver even pulled over so we could take pictures of the sun setting on the Grand Tetons. Now for why this service is receiving 4 stars instead of 5: Just as in the morning, we went back to the car park. The bus driver let us know that our taxi, that would be taking us back to our hotel, had not arrived yet, but ensured us that the taxi was on its way and would be there in a matter of minutes. We were let off the bus, with our skis, and left in the cold in a parking lot to wait for our (soon arriving) taxi. Twenty minutes later, we were still in the cold, waiting on our taxi. This had to have been some sort of miscommunication on the companies part. Eventually we were picked up and taken back to our hotel. I would use this service again. Next time I would make the bus driver wait for our taxi with us.

She said it was for her time...her hourly rate must be really high to send a couple emails to the vendors. I don't mind a deposit penalty, but $350 is excessive with 6 months notice, and she wouldn't even let me reapply it for a later trip. I'm not aware of any other vendor with such a punitive policy. You're better off booking this stuff yourself or choosing another place to book, which is what we will do when do head to Jackson Hole.

Amenities were as promised: huge and comfortable SUV, prompt pickup at our hotel, a fantastic hot breakfast, and a lovely box lunch by Yellowstone Lake. Binoculars, maps, water, and snacks provided. Spotting scope with camera attachment was used to capture wildlife photos and videos from longer distances. And I cannot say enough good things about our guide Bilal.
