They have always offered me convenient appointments (even when it was close to tax day and I'm sure they were very busy)! Jean has explained everything to me and answered all of my questions patiently and with exceptional knowledge. He even looked into a matter I had during a previous tax year for me although it was prior to me ever being their client. Their office is conveniently located right off the freeway in San Clemente. It's a little bit of a drive from where I work, but it is worth it. They have plenty of free parking so that's never an issue. They are prompt to respond via text or phone when I reach out to them. I even love the little reminders they send to me during the year - sometimes with a little (useful!) gift like a magnet with a beautiful photo of the pier, a glasses cloth, and a few others. I hate when businesses send you junk that is cheap and ends up in the trash - and this is never the case with these guys! Their fee was very reasonable and affordable. Hopefully I won't always wait until the last minute to call them, but I know if I do, they are still just as friendly and accommodating as if I were calling well before tax day!

His use of technology to base decisions on reality and history vs predictions like the bank does, made a lot of sense to me. Looking forward to a successful investment strategy to get me to and through retirement.

After being a long time, client I was burned by a discrepancy on my 2022 returns. The tax team made…read morean error which caused fees and penalties to accrue. The IRS started sending me letters last year about additional taxes I owed for 2022. I brought these letters in to seek their professional help. They took their time, drafted some letter, all the while, penalties and fees were growing. I had to seek outside professional help who guided me to pay the rightful amount of taxes owed to the IRS to stop the bleeding. It took this new company 72hrs to take action. I reached out to the knoke group to see if they had the integrity to pay for the $1,000 penalties and fees that they caused and their reply was " we will give you $150" and wiped their hands clean of their mistake. I'm baffled by their lack. If you want overpriced service and unanswered questions this is the company for you.

Zeus & Bill. Bill…read morewas literally in a CAR for my latest meeting, A car. Probably the most disrespectful way to have a meeting pitching services, but ok. He said his team would reach out to request financial statements needed for his analysis. Never received anything. Followed up myself after waiting for weeks, they respond a week later asking what do you need again, and to set another meeting with Bill. It's the email before in the same chain? I need to set a meeting to send requested documents? Never responded to requests for any reading material, past performance, etc. My first meeting for another service earlier this year. It wasn't a priority for me, so I noticed they never responded months later. Apparently this is a theme. Thought I'd give them another chance anyway, which is stupid on my part. Extremely unprofessional, I would not trust them with anything. Their response time is non-existent, and they don't remember what your conversation was about, if they respond at all. Unless you want to give your money to people who don't respond, don't remember what you need, and pitch something while they're in a car. Go with literally anyone else.

I wanted to share my experience with Marshall Financial Services! They helped me to get where I am…read moretoday. It is a pleasure to share the good news. Marshall Financial Services helped my husband and I create an investment strategy several years ago to enable us to have a secure retirement! Along with the varied portfolios and wide range of options they helped us get Long Term Health Care. This turned out to be a major asset to us. In was only 6 years after getting it that my husband became ill, needed in home care, medical equipment and later on an out of home care facility. The LTHC took care of all his needs. His care was excellent and we had no need to touch our investment assets. Now that I am alone I appreciate even more the security of knowing with Marshall Financial Services that I am not alone and they are looking out for my best interest. They go the extra mile in service and as I have heard from other persons I know who have invested with them, that they are as pleased with them as I am. Sincerely, Helen Huston
