They listened to what I was looking for in a stove, were helpful and answered all my questions! I purchased a stove and the delivery and installation was smooth and professional! (Unlike that other store, where the installers were incredibly crass and messy and did a terrible hack job). This is a family run business and they care about their customers! If I could give more stars I would. Also, I bought a floor model so I saved $500 and they touched up a minor scratch on installation. Highly recommend these folks!

That is why they are getting 2 stars. But his customer service leaves much to be desired. Communication was difficult, and when we showed up in a timely way to pick up our stove as requested, he was rude, told us we should have called first (they should have told us that, then!) and then, when we inquired about having the stove delivered instead (we'd just wasted a 2+ hour trip), told us that because delivery dates were scheduled out so far that we would have to pay another $100 for storage, in addition to the $150 delivery fee, to deliver the stove on THEIR timeline! All of this was said with no apology, never a smile, and no acknowledgement that they were the ones causing the long storage period, not us. We remained courteous throughout the encounter but came away extremely unimpressed AND nervous about how things will go if, God forbid, we ever need service or help of any kind from them. Takeaway: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so far.

Saleswoman Holly said they have great service, then proceeded to be unhelpful, suggesting we get the wood stove before the hearthstone or the fire resistant backing. Didn't want to quote prices on natural stone we picked, refused to take us out to look at hearth stones, wouldn't look at plans or measurements, and when quoting the wood stove didn't include the piping for exhaust (we had the measurements on the counter).
