So one weekend, we got ourselves to go to the Barrington location where we met Ron and his team. From the get go, we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. To be honest, they seemed to know what we were looking for better than we were! So we gave them an idea and they took it and ran with it. Luckily, we came on the weekend when they were having a pretty significant sale across the store. The price was right for us to get custom made suits. We were told that they would arrive in 4 weeks and we got them in 2.5-3 weeks. The colors they helped us put together along with tie color choices were exactly what we were looking for. We would wear dark suits and the rest of the wedding group would wear bright colors. The suits they measured for us fit like a glove and will be something I can use over and over again. If I had the need for suits right now, I would get a couple more in a heartbeat. Maybe next time! Great quick personalized service with high quality results. Highly recommend them!

I would love to find another comfortable brand of shoe that can handle long walking distances but I never seem to find much in my size. The styles are a bit pricey and too fancy for my liking plus the shoe section can be an absolute mess with shoes not in the correct spots and all over the floor. I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this. I also don't like the style of the clothing in here. It's just not my cup of tea but that's fine. It might be for others but they do carry the shoes that I need so that's why I continue to come here. I've also never seen an employee greet me ever only when I'm checking out. Very odd.

We aren't familiar with the store layout and were talking amongst ourselves as to where men's pajamas could be. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.

However, they do not have much in sizes XL & up. It is mostly size large and under. However, I was still able to find a few good deals, but I must say the cleanliness & organization of the store is a little deceiving. The prices of the used clothing is still very high for the conditions of some of the stuff.. alot of the items you can tell are worn with lint balls but are still being sold for $12. I have gotten free stuff in better condition than alot of stuff here. The shoes, I wouldn't even touch them, they are all very worn, should be up for donation, not for sale. Like I said I was able to find 5 reasonable items. The coach wristlet for $18, a juicy couture purse with the tag still on for $16 and my daughter got 3 nice clothing items for $13, which was great. Maybe I will return here in the future to browse, but it is more for smaller woman (did not see alot of bigger men items either).
