This place will always be one of my primary homes. I was brought up in this congregation being…read moretaught to respect that which is around me, to be kind and courteous as well as inquisitive, to look within myself for what I believe and to take my values out into the world for positive change. What we have in common is not one creed or dogma; we believe a great deal of different things within the congregation, from atheism and agnosticism to monotheism to polytheism and belong. Some believe in the power of God or love, in the power of energy or magic, or in the simple power of a caring community, some good coffee and some laughter shared between friends & acquaintances. What unites us is our simple desire to be united: to be in community together, sharing discussions on our beliefs or the world or whatever sportsball game just happened or is soon to happen, and to work toward a better, more compassionate, more conscientious world. This is a liberal congregation which welcomes all who come through its doors, so long as they are with us on the long path toward an open mind, a true awareness of the world and the desire to form a loving and supporting community for all who seek it. Imperfect but worthwhile and ever growing together. Always searching out new eyes to help us see our own reflections and make sure we strive not only for our best selves, but for the best community we can be: one which truly cares. Come on in! All welcome: all sexes, races & ethnicities, genders & expressions, orientations, ages, ability, income/class and beliefs. We would love to see you!

BCC is a church centered around people. The "community" in the name really means something. So…read moregrateful to be apart of this awesome place. Sunday service is at 10:15am and begins with some of the best (super talented & gifted worship team) music around, all for the glory of God. Preaching is deep but still understandable and every message is backed up by scripture. Almost every week there is an opportunity for prayer and reflection after the sermon. From there people flood into the cafe space and foyer to greet friends and meet guests while sipping coffee from Aunt Sandy's (all of the money made goes to an awesome missionary couple in the Philippines!). Usually friends and family linger for awhile after service and then head out to have lunch and fellowship! Wednesday Nights are dedicated to youth and young adults, and meetings take place in the downtown space (102 Main St. Milford, MA). Forum Youth meets for small groups from 7-9pm three weeks out of the month. On the other week there is a huge event that we call "Forum Nights". This is when the crazy fun worship and praise will take place, along with awesome guest speakers and powerful altar calls. Forum Youth, is, above all, a family. Anyone from 6th through college is welcome! The biggest part of BCC is our community outreach programs run by Compassion New England at The Blessing Barn(s) in Mendon and Milford. There is too much to tell about all the programs offered so if you are curious I encourage you to look it up online! There is a monthly prayer service called "Dwell"! It's awesome and a great time to relax in God's presence. There is so much to say about BCC that I know I can't tell you all of it through this review. So come see for yourself on a Sunday morning at 10:15am! We would love to meet you!

There is amazing music to start the service, the pastor preaches sermons about things that are relevant today and uses scripture to walk you through the message. It's motivating. I never thought I would enjoy going to church on Sunday! What a pleasant surprise! The church also has school attached from Pre-K to 12th grade! It's awesome! The leaders at BCC do so much for the community, including outreach programs, youth groups, bible studies and a slew of other things...way too many to list. Proud to be a member!
