I've been to a few different plunge , infrared sauna spas and this one is hands down and by far the best. The owner and staff are always responsive for those last minute appointment requests, and are so friendly when you arrive. You're given hydrogen infused water for before and during the sauna, to maintain hydration and the space is incredibly well kept. If you wish, you can watch tv during your sauna time, you can read the books that are offered , bring your own OR workout with their weights. After a workout in the sauna and you're feeling that 150 degree heat, step out and give a couple of minutes in the plunge bath, then head back in to the sauna. Amazing duo. I've included some pictures because from day 1 I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend this place 100 times over. I've slept better, I'm more relaxed, and I feel detoxed. He's gentle - no harsh twists and turns. One time I went in with sharp, shooting pains in my lower back. He used gentle spinal stretches first, followed by easy manipulation, laser work and Bio Freeze. There wasn't one time I tensed up or felt pain in what he did, and I walked out pain-free. CJ's Chiropractic is less expensive than anywhere in the Flathead Valley, but the care is so much better. Lucy, his wife who takes appointments and payments, is kind, funny and helpful. Came here to get a nerve conduction test for my husband for his hand numbness. We filled out the…read morepaperwork and was almost immediately ushered into a room for his test. The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. The doctor was very explanatory and kind and apologized for any discomfort he may have from the needles in this test. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and nice.
