I said a refund because they're not what I ordered and I wouldn't pay more than $30 for them to which she lost it and then said well we'll go pick them up then. Their version of customer service is picking up the bouquet that you purchase for your significant other. Isn't that a good experience for your customers!? When I called her out on it she said well we'll pick them up and redo them. I said ok. Then when the driver arrived he told my girlfriend that they were not going to redo them. What I find the most insulting is that I had ordered from this place at least 5 times prior to this. You would think that they would want to keep a loyal customer by being respectful and understanding instead of a condescending know it all on the phone. This is the last time I'm ordering from this horrible business owner. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
