We told him it was our first time and he literally walked us through step by step by step on what we need and what is going to happen. It was the end of the summer season when we drew up the initial paperwork. He also told us to come back towards October so we can see the seasonal flowers that he can work with during our wedding date. Fast forward to the day before the wedding. We got the bulk flowers we ordered to fill the center pieces. They were really nice. Also the girls bouquets and boutineers were as perfect and as beautiful as could be. We were definitely very happy with the quality of work that was produced here at Say It With Flowers. Their staff is super nice and their service is super top notch. All the other arrangements with lilies were not wilted! When I called he immediately started saying how the size was exactly right before I could tell him what the problem was. Yes he did say he would resolve the problem by picking up the item and redoing it from the grieving family. It should of been done right the first time and not have to bother the family. What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem !
