They are rude they yell at the customer over the phone. I could not understand what they were saying over the phone! nobody seems to know what the other person has or has not done. They also seem to be conducting criminal background on clients if they are asking for certain information, which is wrong. The state needs to look into the practice of this company. Unfortunately, I had to do business with this company, and my experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. The level of communication and customer service I received was far below what I expected during such an important process as buying or selling a property. The manager, Odalys Torres, did not provide the timely updates or guidance a customer should expect. Emails often went unanswered, and when responses were provided, the tone came across as rude and disrespectful rather than helpful and professional. A title company plays an important role in a real estate transaction, and clear communication, professionalism, and attention to clients should be a priority. Unfortunately, my experience with Precision Home Title showed a lack of understanding of basic customer service. There are many other title companies that value their clients and provide a much more professional and diligent experience. I would recommend doing your research and considering other options.

This is far from the case at C & C Title. When I send an email over to C & C I know it will be answered before the next title company even picks up the phone. When one of my sales associate has a question better explained by a professional, C & C is there to break down the information in a digestible form to ensure everyone involved in the transaction is knowledgeable about whatever ongoing situation. When my client's feel uneasy about their first home purchase, C & C is there to hold their hand and walk them through the transaction from A to Z. It is phenomenal companies like these that make it easier for professionals like myself to do the job they do best knowing their clients are in good hands. I cannot fathom taking a chance with another title company when everything I could ask for in a title company is already provided here at C & C Title Agency.

I now use them for every deal I do.  At the end of the day I know when I give them a deal I don't have to worry about it.  I get an email update every step of the way and I mean every step.  I think Caroline sent me one when the Survey was ordered.  I never got that from my old title company.   Every title company I know now markets the whole Close anywhere anytime thing, so to me thats not as big a deal anymore.   And for the record their office is AMAZING but like the rest they can also come to you to close.   Which don't get me wrong is awesome and saves time in traffic.  But what I like is when their closers came to meet my clients at the home to close it, its an actual closer in a suit and tie.  Call me old school but I LOVED the impression that gave.  i also love that the guy explained every page.  My old title company, used to send notaries (Not closers big difference) that couldn't explain the pages and never dressed well.  As a realtor I wish companies I do business get that you are an extension of me and what I believe in and what I stand for.  I feel these guys do that and go above and beyond to make sure things get done.  And they also have so many languages covered its not even funny.  I know Spanish, English, Portuguese, Russian and Mandarin for sure.  Which once again helps allot. And recently they added Isabella to their team and she handles contract to close for free.  I wasn't sure if I really wanted to give up control...but it really helps and kinda freed up allot of time.  As a KW agent we are pushed to go the route of working on our business and adding assistants.  This took care of that for me...granted they only handle the contracts once they are executed it still helped. Okay I've written a book...hopefully you get the point.  If your a real estate agent or even a buyer looking for a great title company in Miami I would recommend Isabella and the rest of the team at Artesian Title.
