NEVER came back. JP not only came out immediately to look at the job, but he started the work within a few days of that initial inspection. The job took one full day and, what timing-- it rained 3 inches two days later. I would have had to be down there all day with the leak with a wet vac/shop vac in order to avoid water damage. Instead, I went down to check every hour (as it was a practice I was used to whenever it rained) and NO WATER!! We decided to replace it anyway to head off any future problems. I told them that my one hesitancy in signing the contract was the reviews I had read about absent project managers and subsequent problems. They guaranteed us that a project manager would be there the whole time to supervise the installation and provide us with ongoing pictures of the process. Even though their price was higher than some others, we decided that it was worth it to pay for this supervision and receive evidence of their workmanship. On the roofing day, the project manager texted that he would arrive at 8 a.m. Instead, he arrived as the crew was packing up to leave to collect our check. He got up on a ladder and fixed a cosmetic issue on the edge of the roof we pointed out to him, but never got on the roof itself to inspect the work. When it rained the next week, water began leaking into our attic around the chimney for the first time. Eventually, a member of the same roofing crew (not a manager) was sent to assess the problem. He reported that there was no problem with the flashing they installed, but that the chimney had several cracks in the mortar and we needed to find a mason right away. He had no answer when I asked how it could be that we had no previous leaks, that our original inspection did not report any cracks, and that no one noticed problems when roofing around the chimney. After several calls to the JP Carroll production number, I've learned not to expect the return calls "within 24 hours" that are promised. If they were even taken, my requests to receive the promised photos of the roofing process (as well as the original inspection video) have been ignored. Not only did I fail to receive the services that I paid for, but am left with a leaking roof that didn't leak before. I wish I had paid more attention to those negative reviews that I read.

Jeremy is very responsive, communicative, and leads a phenomenal team. At every step, Sensible Home Products impressed me with the care, precision, and result of their work. This job, which is a once in a lifetime investment in my home, included the removal of aluminum siding, installation of new vinyl siding, replacement of windows throughout my home, installation of new gutters, beautification of existing steps and installation of a new walkway with bluestone and pavers. While every single employee that I interacted with from Sensible Home Products was professional and did their job well, I must make a special call out to Victor and Alec who single handedly stripped my house of its old siding, wrapped my house in insulation, and installed the new siding.
