If you are looking for a preschool program, I highly recommend Peanuts @ St.Gregory's!…read more My daughter attended the 2's and 3's program as well as Peanut's Summer Camp. She loved all of her teachers, loved all the monthly themes and arts and crafts. She ALWAYS came out of school with a smile on her face. As a parent, I felt very comfortable knowing Peanut's was a safe environment with teachers and Directors who truly care about the well being of all of their students. My son is currently enrolled in the 2's program. He has grown so much since the start of the school year; I am already sad thinking about when my Peanut days are over. My son LOVES his teacher and co-teacher. When the teachers greet his class in the morning, my son lights up, smiles so big and rushes to get into the gate. As a Mom of a 2 year old boy, I couldn't ask for anything more, to see my son so excited each school day. I love that both Directors are involved in the classroom and know all the students names. They have been fair and communicated well over the past three years. Peanut's has become a special place for my kids and I am truly grateful!

As a first time parent of a 7 month old during the height of Covid, needless to say, I was a bit…read morenervous about sending my son to day care, on top of the fact that I was dreading not getting to spend every day with him; but working from home while taking care of him was no longer possible. The first few weeks were hard (mostly for me), but the teachers and staff at Shalom made the transition process seamless. After 10 months at Shalom, I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The safety precautions they have in place ease my mind each day when I drop Jack off; and the joyful squeal of "school" or "April" (his teacher's name) as we pull up in front of the building lets me know how much Jack enjoys his days there. His teachers have taught him to say "more" in sign language, to draw and paint, to sing and dance to a variety of kids songs, and to play nicely with his friends. Shalom is a warm and caring environment - from the top down. The Directors, Michele and Providence, are warm and welcoming and clearly care about all of the Shalom families. Not only do they run the school incredibly well, but they have given me parenting tips. If you are looking for an amazing experience for you and your children, Shalom is definitely the right place.

Cathy was amazing with the entire registration process and our little one is thriving with Haley and Brianna. Morning drop offs is a breeze, there's never a question if there's enough room for your child that day in their regular room and it is consistent to help keep the child comfortable. Class size and safe attentive care were some positive selling points that stuck out to me as well. The teachers do a great job at uploading some pictures throughout the day as well so we can get a glimpse of what our little one is up to and seeing the bright smile on her face as she is learning, exploring and socializing is worth it ten folds. Thank you again PeeWee Folks!!!

This school has gone above and beyond the call of duty! My child was in the Pre-K program and learned so much and without the learning he received there it may have been a lot harder for him in Kindergarten. They feed the children breakfast, lunch and a three o'clock snack. I am glad the school doesn't allow outside foods. The reason they do not allow outside foods is because of the concerns of food allergies with this day and age of such severe allergies it can be a dangerous situation, kids love sharing and being a parent of a child with allergies I am so glad its not allowed. The lunch is served to the older children between 11:30 and 12:00 and they are not just given a cookie for snack. I wish i could send a picture of the menu of the food they provide. In regards to the workbooks I love them because they are the ones the school districts use and whenever i asked the teachers to show me the process in the workbooks they showed with great detail and we had parent teacher conferences twice a year. The prior post sounds like a parent who was upset about not getting their way and mad about not bringing in food, would she be able to apologize to that parent who child went into anaphylactic shock because her child shared food with their child with allergies. The staff is amazing and always there to voice concerns and fix any problems! PLEASE DO NOT LET ONE PARENTS OPINION CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL SCHOOL
