New Age Landscaping is by far the sloppiest run company I have ever had the Utter Displeasure of running into when you meet and greet a new client you do so with appointment book and invoice sheets in hand . What Mook adds job after job not knowing if he has the availability and wiggle room for the amount of clients. Then proceeds to ignore phone calls and text messages from said clients . Let's ice that with refusal to work weekends. Are these people for real . If it looks like a wrinkle and feels like a crease a dry iron is not going to make a bit of difference. read more

Did the job, but overpriced. Says quality, quality but in the end jets off the worksite without finishing the details (like fence caps and returning my personal shovel) then stops responding after paid in full. Left messes for me to clean up. read more

In litigation with this company - they told us they had insurance and were bonded. Come to find out they have no insurance. If they say they do- Please see physical proof. New Age Landscaping... Might seem reasonably priced, may even show up... but don't let that fool you. If you need anything done to your yard besides getting mowed I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Facebook is loaded with padded reviews. Check their reviews on google. Multiple extremely dissatisfied customers, including myself and my husband. We had to have our yard re-estimated by a few companies and when they walk around our property - they are horrified at the look of what the finished product was. If I would have known that my property would have been as damaged as it ended up, I would have given it a try and save myself the feeling of being robbed. We paid thousands of dollars to Kyle- based off of pictures and facebook reviews. Wow. We were so totally wrong. At the time he didn't own one piece of his equipment. He would "Demo" the equipment - use the hell out of it and then return it to the dealer. He was asked to lay patio pavers, build a pavilion, hydroseed the yard (1.66 acres), driveway done with RTG. When he came to hydro seed he didn't know how to use the equipment so he sprayed my newly laid patio pavers with seed and now there is a constant battle with crab grass and weeds growing through my patio pavers! Thanks, Kyle! A project that could have taken maybe 3 weeks (we were told that it could actually take 3 days from most of the new estimates) took over 2 months. Our hearts are broken - we saved every penny for our home and renovations to have this man take it from us. He should be ashamed but something tells me he sleeps just fine. Makes me sick. read more

I hired Kyle to clear a large area of trees, sumac, shrubs, etc and put in grass. I also paid him to clear a 800 sqft area of grass and install pea stone. We only received 600 sqft and the pea stone was not installed properly-no weed killer, no mesh, no edging. This left my yard will pea stone spillage and weeds growing all over. I now have to hire a landscaper and pay double to fix it. The cleared area was cleared but the loom, grass seed, and fertilizer were not done correctly leaving the once cleared area filled with shrubs, sumac, etc. The worst is that Kyle has not responded to a single text or email. No effort to correct it, leaving me to take him to small claims court. He will not stand by his work. I posted photos above to showcase his work read more

I have nothing but good to say about Kyle and New Age Landscaping. We hired them to take down two particularly large and difficult trees, during some of the coldest days of winter, often working into the dark to clean up. They did an extremely good job, and even had to get a second climber to tackle one of the trees. They did the best they could to avoid other trees and shrubs. I have friends who will be taking some of the wood for their stove, and Kyle cut it to length for us. When spring comes, we will hire them back for more work. read more

The crew was professional from start to finish. They were able to hit the timeline that we agreed to and had some really great suggestions as the job was underway to improve on the original plan.
