It was like he was intentionally trying to dig as deep as possible! I have pics and even won my money back from my bank because so much damage was done to my hand! I had to go straight to urgent care the day after! Now I'm left with a bunch of scar tissue, colors faded completely out and a ugly ass tattoo that I didn't even ask for! I gave him a picture and it looks NOTHING AT ALL LIKE MY PIC!! This place is horrible and has horrible customer service! Had the nerve to tell me I don't do refunds even after seeing all of the incredibly deep scarring and was told to come back in 3 months when it's healed so he can fix it!! FIX IT? It should not have needed to be fixed in the first place! And if you think I'm going to let you go anywhere near me again after all the damage caused to my hand, you're crazy! This place is ridiculous please avoid this shop at all costs! Again I have pics and medical bills to back up my claim plus the bank even decided in my favor! So run far away and tell all your friends! This is not a professional shop and they have no clue what they are doing! Now I'm stuck with this ugly scared up tattoo on my hand for the rest of my life!!

There was another artist there, Brandon, who was very funny and also made me feel very relaxed. The facility was very clean and he got all the equipment ready right in front of me. He made sure I was pleased with the outline and placement before we even started. I will be going back again soon! Would def recommend to anyone who wants a great tattoo!!
