The farm does offer a variety of services from horse training, lessons for riders, breeding, sales plus showing and boarding for horses in training. The horses are well cared for, the facility is nicely maintained, and the lessons for both the horse and the rider are very good. Customer service on the other hand not so much. Communication between the two owners is poor. At times they aren't on the same page. Communication with clients is vague and calls or texts are sometimes returned. If you pay monthly with a credit card, clients need to keep a close eye on billing. You can't relax and trust them to follow through with actually billing the client, you don't hear that every day! Recently I was billed for a couple months worth of lessons plus a show fee and expected to pay it all upfront. When I said I couldn't I got the earful!! Checks are best. The manager of the farm essentially doesn't like people. He can be quite mouthy and nasty. The partner responsible for the horses, trainings and lessons is very knowledgeable and good with the horses but hot or cold with people. He can be very nice and easy to talk to or sarcastic and unfiltered, more of the latter if he doesn't like you. If you are a sensitive person like myself I would look elsewhere. If you don't care about "attitude" and arrogance and want great training and superb care for your horse should you decide to board then Never Ending Farms is a good choice. read more
