I love this bank because it's local, they know your name when you call or come in . They're very professional and extremely knowledgeable in banking. I would like to reference the manager, Rick, who is exceptional, friendly helpful and always there, If something comes up that needs an answer. I love working with Lyric and Emily, especially after my husband passed away, and there were so many things that had to be taken care of with relationship to my bank accounts. I love the fact that I can call them and talk on the phone. They know who I am talking f I have any questions or need information. Many of the banks in Carson City treat you like numbers, they don't know who you are. They don't form personal relationships with you, At least that was my experience with helping friends with their banking situations . Every year they have a customer appreciation event with food which is very nice to be treated so well. Lastly there's always chocolate or some kind of candy and bottles of water, that's not the only reason I bank there, but I can tell you it certainly is nice to have a treat while you're waiting for your transaction to be taken care of. Now that have a ton of my personal information, including name, address, phone, SS#, home details, etc. Hmmm.... What an enormous waste of time for me, but valuable data collection for them.
