I called A1 Quality Care Air Conditioning and left a message, knowing they were likely busy helping other customers. I missed their first return call, but when I called back, I was able to connect with Wanda--and I'm so glad I did! Wanda was incredibly pleasant, patient, and helpful. With so many different makes and models out there, I was a little nervous about trying to open it myself and didn't want to risk breaking anything. She calmly walked me through the process step by step over the phone, and thanks to her guidance, I was able to pop it open and change the batteries without any issues. I called 3 times and never a return phone call to me. If you have a disability and kindly ask for them to honor you and you home, such as I did, when they arrive........then count on them being rude, disrespectful and lacking professional business behavior. "They have no business being in any business".....is what everyone has shared with me when I shared this incident.

Service was great and the new thermostat was replaced in no time. The preventative maintenance was done on my AC, but since it is about 22 years old, the condenser is going out, and is irreplaceable since the AC is so old.
