The service here is extremely unprofessional, I had a terrible experience here. As I was just trying to enjoy my weekend here in Laughlin the workers are very rude and make Snarky comments, and it is notable that they don't take responsibility of their job seriously they reek of cigarettes and are obviously having excessive smoking breaks, when I had asked if I can speak to the manger I was finally expecting too see professionalism but it's quite clear why these employees are the way the are. Manger was very rude herself and started cursing us out to simply be in the employees side. I'm from Orange County, California & we have much better customer service in our dispensaries so I don't know if you have to be much older to shop here(since most crowds here are older than 40) but most of the employees are terribly rude, lady up front did not welcome me or care to even ask for my ID, she looks miserable & does not speak up. I guess they also have you know where to check out right away even before you get to look around as if they want you to get out on their way much quicker. But overall ONE employee seemed to help me quite well & was soft spoken, upon walking out same lady didn't care to thank me for coming. "Friendly" employees, I think not. I felt welcomed from the first time I stepped into this dispensary. I've been coming here a couple of years now, and the customer service has always been fantastic. If you get online and research the products, the menu pretty much tells you what is in stock. It also gives you the THC content in that product. Anyway, overall great experience! Went here with family who suffers from back pain. I had my elderly mother with me. Her license was expired so the guy behind the counter said we had to leave. It wasn't fast enough for him so he YELLED that we had to leave. I said ok, I have my elderly mom here, I'll take her. It's very hot out there. He YELLED AGAIN. I told him not to yell at us. He said you can leave too. I said I have to leave with my elderly mother. He didn't think he was yelling but he is either deaf or doesn't think he's yelling because he has a face mask. I just called because I got a text message at 10 am this morning of a Memorial Day sale they were having. I was interested in the 8th for 20$ , but it said only through the 24th. Went to stay at the Aquarius a few weekends ago, came from AZ. I'm a "nightly" pot smoker which started off for pain relief as I've had a few good surgeries within the past 3 years. Now I smoke for some minor pain, but mostly to get rid of the "crazies" as my husband puts it. Even though AZ has medical marijuana dispensaries, I don't want to fork out the $$ for the yearly card. Besides we'd be getting our supply from someone not in the dispensary business if ya know what I mean. So why pay for the card? Before even heading to Laughlin my husband already had done his research for the nearest dispensary in Laughlin via weed maps, and taa da...we found this gem right across the street from where we were staying. It sits on a corner and the doors are around the back. There were ppl coming and going. I was nervous at first as how can this be? U just walk in and get weed? Yup, it's that easy. Upon entering it looks like your average docs office waiting room. U walk up to the desk and give them your name and they look at your license to make sure your 21 I'm assuming. U them have a seat and wait for your name to be called. We waited maybe 15 mins and this was a Sat afternoon. They even had menus laying around. When our name was called we went into a back office where there are several registers and weed experts there to help u choose. They even let u smell some of them. We had an AMAZING weed expert named Monique. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, and funny too. She explained some of the diff types of weed and suggested a few. Her suggestions were spot on especially for the sour diesel. That is now my new fave. Smooth, 2 hits from a pre rolled joint and all is great. We also got cantaloupe Cush which for me was strong, like I gotta lay down and not function strong. Cherry Cush is good too. Cash only. All in all this place is awesome! Clean, friendly, professional, and we will be back...unless AZ finally decides to get with the program like they're neighboring states (NV & CA). But when someone under your employment pulls rank on a customer that is waiting to go inside to do business is told not asked to put my mask on .... Outside mind you, and there were like 10 people there waiting outside to go in and no body is wearing a mask at that point and then one of your employees tells only one person out of 10 to put my mask on , I think maybe they are getting a little bit too bossy for their own good. Cuz it says on the door that if your wearing a mask on entry that you will have to pull it off while entering so that the cameras can see your full face .
