All of the equipment is old and outdated, nothing looks clean or well taken care of. None of the back office staff who personally interacts with patients (including the doctor) were wearing gloves or using hand sanitizer, not even before touching my face and around my eyes. If they aren't doing it for me, they aren't doing it for anyone. Dr. Elkins was fine, she performed her exam, but didn't offer much in way of providing information. When I inquired about a particular symptom I was experiencing she said, "Yeah, I don't really have an answer for you on that one." She seemed oblivious to new treatments offered for my condition, even a bit dismissive and not at all interested in the way I'm feeling. I specifically chose her because she's a specialist in her field, but I was severely let down. I'd skip this clinic and go someplace else. Front of office staff were friendly.
