I haven't experienced a move out from Regus yet but would imagine it would be more of the same great service.

Unfortunately, Chris Travica was incapable of getting the paperwork in place. It was a 5 minute job, but instead of getting me signed up, he gave me the run around for several days. He didn't answer calls, then when I left a voicemail, he sent me an email saying "No thank you, you need to find another Executive Suite to help you with your business needs. " All I was asking to do was sign up for regular virtual office services. Nothing unusual at all. I called another virtual office company and got signed up online within about 10 minutes. I don't know about St. Rose, as I never got to use their service, but there's something off with Chris Travica.

The conference room furniture was fine, the temperature was okay. The table had really cheap looking fake flowers in the center and the table was full of smears and fingerprints. I was willing to overlook these small points when it came time for me to look for an office space. I left a message and asked someone to call back the following day. No call. So I called back and spoke with Chris, who was really weird, he kept talking about certain aspects of their services after I said I wasn't interested in those services. He would laugh weirdly and then basically said I was wasting my time talking with him because he couldn't offer what I needed. Okay, plan B--what about a different type of office situation than what we've been discussing? Again, he started going on and on about things I had told him I wasn't interested in, like conference room rentals. The kicker was when I asked about service dogs (which are legally allowed in all spaces) and certified therapy dogs (which require approval). He said he would be okay if my clients brought in a dog "occasionally, but I wouldn't want you to have a dog in your office all the time." Um, hello, what I'm the one who needed the service dog? Idiot. And potentially non-compliant and/or uninformed with the law. I will never rent a space here. Their prices are fine, but their manager and policies are not.

This is some solid Class B Office space. Shared bathrooms, decent buildouts, minimal amenities. It's far from class A Office Space. Tracey the new manager claims to have researched the rent in the area and believes that the Atrium was under priced. For about the last year, Tracey has been attempting to get tenants to increase the rent they are paying and the vacancies are increasing. He is under the belief that the property is worth $2.60 a sq ft. It is not. $1.75 to $2.00 a sq foot is what is being advertised all over the area. If he let's you in at a reasonable market rate (1.75 - 2.00) he is going to attempt the "bait and switch" in hopes to substantially increase your rent because you won't want to relocate. It's pretty sad really. Many of the tenants are leaving and will continue to do so. Price it at market level and people will stay. I don't think I will be renewing my lease.

They have had an abundance of different management, but the current staff is great! Because I have been a tenant here for so long, they have given us free parking spots under a roof.
