After renting an office here for six months, I cannot recommend this space if you need a quiet or reliable work environment. The soundproofing is non-existent; you can hear neighboring offices clearly, especially when people are on speakerphone. It is definitely not the 'private' office experience advertised. Additionally, the amenities are consistently unreliable. The espresso machine is frequently out of order--currently, it has been broken for two weeks--and access to these perks is cut off completely on weekends and holidays, leaving tenants with nothing but tap water. My company has had an office here for 3 years. It is located right across downtown Summer and Whole Foods. It makes it so convenient when grabbing a quick lunch solo or going for a team lunch. I also appreciate it being so close to Costco so I can easily fill up my gas tank before or after work. We have had offices on the second and third floor. Both have been great experiences and the transitions between rooms was seamless. I love that wework allows you to scan in at any point of the day. Our company starts at 6am so this building allows us to arrive on time without having to wait for the staff to arrive. The art and decorations are so trendy and cute. There is plenty of seating spaces in the open areas. There are open private booths near the kitchen area and tables laid out across the stairs. I have to take virtual interviews so I opt to use the silent booths. There are some located on the third and second floor! If one floor is packed I walk down to the other and there will be spots open. I love the events they have started to plan in the office. There is a calendar you can access online to see upcoming events-those calendars are also printed and posted across so many different wework doors in the building as a reminder. Savannah is always so great at helping with anything that is needed for our company. She also hosted a book club! It was such a fun time getting to discuss literature with her and others in the building who signed up for it. Q has started a social event gathering for wework members once a month and that's been a great way to build community with others I pass on the office on a daily basis. Lastly, Justin is always so present and amicable when I approach him at the front desk. I have really appreciated the community feel Savannah, Q, and Justin have created. What a refreshing space! Coming to work at WeWork even just the one time a week makes such a difference in my ability to get $hit done! Fresh coffee, seltzer, kombucha, tea, fridges for lunch and snack storage...add invincible WiFi and great views of Red Rock (I'm talking about the canyon but the Casino as well) ...so much better than the traditional four walls of an office space and a much needed reprieve from the WFH distractions (never ending dishes, laundry, etc). The staff is kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I'm slowly discovering all the amenities and today I just may check out the meditation space. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly, parking is a breeze, and the space is consistently spotless.

We spent over $120,000 with WeWork over the course of a year for 10 employees. After vacating the property and returning all key cards, they continued to bill us for over 7 months. When we caught onto the issue, they claimed we never canceled the lease. Despite paying all rents, they kept charging via ACH. We are now pursuing legal action. Beware - they may keep billing even after you've paid and left! read more

The manager there Savanah is very rude. Twice she has interrupted my phone conversation which was an important buisness conversation to tell me something. There is a way to let people know certain information while they are on the phone. For example whenever she is either on the phone or talking to someone in person I PATIENTLY stand right next to her desk waiting for her to acknowledge me. I don't interrupt her conversation with a person whether it's in person or over the phone. Very I rude and I don't appreciate her attitude. Obviously we are human and not everyone has good days but she is out of pocket. read more

Love our home office but love going into work too! At least once a week I leave the chaos of my home zoo to head into the peaceful, well functioning, secure, comfortable office at Summerlin We Work. The reception staff are all fabulous, friendly and helpful. Every space is clean and immaculate, the bathrooms are cleaned so often! Our office at least weekly. I do head to the town square location occasionally because it is closer to home, but while there I just book a 'desk' for one point (we get 18 points per month) and my 'stuff' isn't there, ie. no double screen or favorite chair. Coffee is a fresh grinding machine that makes them hot and good. Kimbucha on tap (for those of you that do that) plenty of fridge space for your lunch box, red rock casino to wander over too for lunch or have it delivered, the front desk will let you know when it's arrived. When I think of WeWork I think of a modern co-working space that has good vibes and the perfect community "culture" feeling. However, it's been nothing of the sort. I toured this location the moment I found out about it after visiting countless locations as a guest. The vibe was always the same; and I expected no less from their new location in Vegas. Not needing an office, I thought having a WeWork membership would be the perfect fit so I could use the space for meetings when they come up with clients. Being a marketing agency owner, I meet at my clients offices 99.9% of the time and I currently have a home office at Panorama with a 180* view of the strip, and I have a Regus space in Vegas and LA. The initial hard-hat tour was great, Marcus walked me through and rather than telling me about the memberships he asked me a ton of questions to see what would be the best fit. It was to my understanding that the common areas were welcomed any time and that you only pay to book conference rooms. He explained hot desks but I knew I didn't need that because I could care less about having a dedicated desk. I did another tour once they opened their doors and signed up on the spot to pop down and work the remainder of the day since I needed to get a proposal completed before 6pm. I came back a few more times, meeting with a team member in town in the common area and again with my new business partner to see if WeWork would be a good fit for that business. One evening we were informed that the WeWork membership doesn't allow you to stop in and that you have to use credits as a hot desk even though you're not using the desk space. Frustrated, that this was miss-communicated we made sure to try to get all the facts straight. What's included, what isn't... etc. The fact this isn't clearly and properly stated on either walk through, online or in their contract is frustrating. We moved forward next time meeting in one of the conference rooms and using credits (obviously you have to use credits to book a room, we knew that from the start). Although, upon the first walkthrough we were informed it's a blind eye that's turned after hours since the rooms can't be booked so when our meeting ran over I didn't think it was a big deal. 5pm rolls around (still being paid for) and ALL of the staff members were enjoying happy hour. They were loud, so much in fact that we couldn't think even being away from the common area in a paid conference room with the door closed. Mind you they drove to work and opted to drive home after enjoying wine and mixed cocktails on the clock. This wasn't the first time this happened. I get that it's "cool" to drink on the clock now as a brand culture vibe type of thing but this was obnoxious. A handful of other "sorry my staff misspoke" situations happened; detrimental reliance issues with them breaking their word, and we were out. I'm super thankful that I'm not tied to this location; I know not all WeWorks are this bad. Hopefully it's a different team that is at the second location in Town Square that's opening in November. Otherwise I'll just have to stick to Cali where there's better staff and a culture I can feel good about. If you're considering WeWork, I highly highly suggest paying to visit a few times to see how many of their staff members sit in to make it look full and to make sure you vibe with the team before committing. read more

WeWork is a money grabbing scam. Sarah Teferi lied to us about how much our office would cost (she said $600 per month when the actual billing is close to $800). We cancelled after a couple weeks, never actually used it when we realized the costs were much higher than we were lead to believe. Due to requiring a months notice to end the lease, we are being overbilled for two full months of an office that we never used. She also lied to us about being able to get a static IP address. I hope this company goes out of business quickly so that nobody else gets scammed. read more
