The food tasted OK despite the salmon being slightly fishy and flavor. This was the only email I have eaten that day and within a couple hours of eating my lunch my stomach did not feel right. As the afternoon progressed in the evening, my stomach started to cramp more and more, and I became nauseous. Throughout that night at well into the next day, I had the worst case of diarrhea/cramping, and the vomiting/headache/chills and overall miserable feeling continued for at least a day and a half.

Over the years this company and their corporate changes and are not at all helpful to small businesses. They say they will answer your phone, NOT! They say they will greet your customers when they come in, NOT! Every year they keep raising the rent and they provide less services. I have 16 offices in 7 states and as my Regus leases come up for renewal I'm moving my offices. They had a great business model for years but now not so much now. I cannot recommend Regus in fact I'm moving all of my offices out of Regus Executive Suites.
