I get a Signature + Aquadermabrasion facial from Elaine. She is incredibly attentive and skilled! She always manages to get even the toughest extractions on my skin. I also love the massages she gives during the facial session. It completes the experience and makes it feel even more relaxing. First off, this review is long overdue because I selfishly want Alisha and her magic all to myself!…read moreI have been seeing Alisha and Dr. Greene since 2018, and they have truly changed my life. I had melasma EVERYWHERE and was spending $400 a month on random products at Sephora, basically throwing money at my face and hoping for the best. Alisha not only got rid of my melasma, but she also taught me how to properly care for my skin and exactly which products I actually need ...turns out the answer was not "one of everything from Sephora." I now get so many compliments on my skin that people don't even believe me when I tell them I'm not wearing makeup. This is NOT your average facial it is a medical grade facial and the ONLY facial that has given me actual results. She is truly the best at what she does. You leave every appointment feeling and looking glamorous. Seeing Alisha every three months is my favorite ritual. Not only is she amazing at her work, she is a genuinely lovely human being who goes out of her way to make you feel great. I always leave her office ready to conquer the world with my sunscreen on, a new glow and freshly tinted lashes. And yes, she will tint those beauties for you so you can deliver the perfect wink to whoever deserves it.

My skin looked amazing afterward -- clear, hydrated, and glowing. The results honestly felt like a steal for the price. Whenever I'm in SF for work, I'll be rebooking here for sure.

She has a wonderful bedside manner and does a great job keeping me calm, comfortable, and distracted, so I don't work myself up. She's also very quick, and the treatment is nearly pain-free, which I imagine takes real skill. On top of that, her work looks so natural, which I really appreciate. The clinic itself is very clean, and every staff member I've interacted with has been kind, understanding, and professional. Pricing is on the higher side compared with some other places, but in my experience, you really get what you pay for. They also have a rewards program, which is a nice bonus. I was honestly devastated and felt like I had tried everything. From my very first appointment with Mersada, I knew her approach was different. Before even focusing on treatments, she sat down with me for almost two hours and talked to me about my diet and how what was happening internally could be affecting my skin. I really loved the idea of healing my skin from the inside out, so I decided to trust her, follow the diet she recommended, and truly stay committed to it. Just seven facial treatments later, along with staying consistent with my diet, my skin is looking better than it ever has. After everything I had already tried, I genuinely didn't think I would see this much improvement, especially in such a short amount of time. I seriously cannot thank Mersada enough. I truly don't know if anyone else would have been able to help my skin the way she has. She completely changed the way I look at treating my acne, and I'm so grateful I found her.
