My girls and I felt pampered and relaxed in our separate and spacious area :) My wedding ceremony was supposed to be outside by the pond in the beautiful green pasture, bright white fences and the covered bridge in the background- I was so excited about it! Due to weather we had to move the ceremony inside the barn. The main 'barn' space was easy to transform from a structured ceremony space to a relaxed and open reception party. Michelle Cornell was an amazing wedding coordinator- organized and kept everything on schedule and I didn't have to worry about anything on my special day! Hal was an entertaining and engaging MC- we got so many comments from our guests about how beautiful and fun our event was!

FIRST: If you do not want to read the entire review, please just look at the bottom of the review…read more Dear Katrina, Kody and I trusted you with our entire day. From the moment we walked into Butterfly Kisses Pavilion we fell in love with the venue. We did not ask for much... just for a stress-free wedding and absolutely no white at the venue. Nonetheless, we were stressed out, lied to, and received white flowers that were disposed of from the wedding the night before. If I did not have mutual friends on Facebook, you would have pocketed almost $1300 for flowers/ greenery we never received (Since everything was reused from the day before). Thank God I have trustworthy friends that look out for me. Something you did not do for my husband and I on our wedding day. Thanks for the refund on the flowers though. As for the wedding day management services that you promised to refund in full ($700) and only did half. Please keep the money as you obviously need it more than me. I just do not think it is fair that you are lying to the other people on the reviews saying you only promised half. Laura, You, and Me talked on the phone together when you promised to refund me in FULL. In the text messages between you and the bride (who's wedding was the day before ours) you said, "I did struggle with timing of my day and will admit I used boutonnieres that I found to eliminate the need to put together a few less than I had to do." Katrina- we did not want any white in the wedding. You reused ALL the flowers/greenery from Laura's wedding on June 4th, 2022. Moving on, you said directly "I cannot coordinate back-to-back weddings and do flowers and lighting. I had too much on my plate that caused me to not perform my best for that second couple" MY HUSBAND AND I WERE THE SECOND COUPLE. It will forever upset me that our wedding was just dollar signs to you. AFTER MY WEDDING KATRINA POSTED THE PICTURE OF MY HUSBAND AND I AND DELETED IT BECAUSE SHE CLAIMED THE WORK OF ANOTHER FLOREST FOR THE FLOWERS SHE DISPOSED OF AND REUSED FOR MY WEDDING. QUOTE FROM KATRINA:"Regarding claiming the flowers, I definitely shouldn't have done so with those images. I removed the post immediately when you pointed it for both reasons of not knowing what we would say to each other but also because that image didn't have my work in it." She admitted that it was not her work, but MY HUSBAND AND I PAID FOR HER WORK. Again, this is untrustworthy of a business, and she committed fraud. Did I mention the stressful part yet? As she mentioned in the texts messages that our wedding was not a priority, we did not receive the lights we wanted or a rehearsal before the wedding. If a meeting 20 minutes prior to the ceremony is professional to any person getting married here than so be it. But we arrived 3 and a half hours prior to the ceremony to REHEARSE the wedding, but the venue was not even close to being ready yet. My day was falling apart right between my eyes. So Katrina- PLEASE stop lying to the other people that left reviews saying this has been resolved. Laura and I will never forget what you did to us. IT WILL LIVE WITH US FOREVER. My wedding day was beautiful, but the services you provided were unprofessional and sneaky. TO WHOMEVER IS PLANNING A WEDDING AT BKP PLEASE READ: Katrina is a very kind person, but her wedding day services cannot be trusted. The venue is perfect for your big day and the opportunity for pictures is great. But her management skills were unreliable as mentioned above and she is not trustworthy. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

She had made the updates as she said she would but her iPad froze. She should have had a backup printed out as Staples can do this anytime. Her traveling between weddings does not excuse unpreparedness. When I addressed it with her, she denied it occurring. My husband tipped her beforehand, not afterwards, which was a mistake. I can't believe we paid $500 for her to screw up a 10 min job. I spent my wedding and honeymoon so upset and she refuses to acknowledge what happened or give us a refund. She told my family member, who I believe !00%, that she hoped she could remember our names since it was her 4th wedding. What a flop! Don't be the bride upset at her wedding and honeymoon like me. This is what we had agreed to via email: Together: Today I make a solemn vow before God and all who are present here. Him: To serve you with tenderness and respect Her: To share in your hopes and dreams Him: To consider your well-being as important as my own Her: And to listen with you for God's call for our lives Together: Where you go, I will go - where you stay, I will stay From this day forward, you will be my family I promise to fight for life, for joy, for us Her: I'll fight for our future together, no matter what challenges we face. Him: I'll fight for your dreams even when you think you can't anymore. Her: I'll fight for our love, to keep it strong, even when life tests our resolve. Him: And I'll fight for the truth, that we uplift one another and make each other better people Together: I will love you faithfully and today, I marry you with no hesitation or doubt Whatever may come I will always be there Each of us believing that love never dies As I have given you my hand to hold, So I give you my life to keep.
