We met with a few couples therapists and landed on Shaw Strannahan. It was the best decision we made as a couple for a few reasons. Shaw was able to see through our communication and interaction, and was able to help us through the most treacherous grounds. She was able to give solid advice on how to handle issues that we will apply at every given chance. It's a worthy mention that I never joined couples therapy in any of my other relationships based on the stigma of "you're in therapy because you need help" or "you'll be ganged up on", but Shaw never once ever made anyone's feelings less than they should be. I'm so glad I did.  Upon our first initial zoom meeting, her energy was so calming. My husband and I instantly knew she would be perfect for us.  Jenna exceeded all my expectations. She was extremely organized and always quick to respond. She has this pure willingness to help and I know she truly cares about each mama and their babies.   During my long birth, she assisted so much in comfort measures and suggesting different positions.  Birth could be overwhelming but having her there made me feel a lot more at ease. She was so kind and gentle and throughout the entire process, that never waivered.  Even though the birth was long, she was always patient. She even took some photos during our birth that we will cherish forever.  I appreciated having Jenna as part of my birth team so much and cant imagine doing it without her.  She's a passionate birth worker and it really does show. I heard about Reiki but never really knew what it was all about. A friend suggested I give Reiki a try so I went on a search for a Reiki practioner. Geez, there are so many practioners and it was a little confusing at first to figure out which one was right for me. It wasn't until I found Erin's website and booked a free consultation session with Erin that I knew I wanted to experience Reiki with her.
