After the massage was over, we realized we never received the hot stones that were supposed to be included with the upgrade. When we brought it to their attention, they admitted they forgot and refunded us the $20 upgrade fee. After that, they asked for a tip. We gave them the same $20 that had just been refunded, but the staff looked unhappy and seemed to expect an even larger tip, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The massage itself was okay, but the unexpected upcharge, forgetting part of the service we paid for, and the pressure to tip more left a bad impression. Unfortunately, we won't be returning

She asked me if I waited a long time and told me I should've call her but I told her I though she was busy (that was weird but I understood) You have to paid up front which I did for an hour it was $70 and you have to leave the tip right there which I did $10 when the lady so the tip she complaint that the minimum suggested was $20 I look up and told her yes $10 and walked behind her to the room (very uncomfortable as it was my first visit and I don't know if the service was good or not plus last time I check tip is discrecional) this is the reason why I am leaving 4 stars Massage was great! She did a fantastic job as it was a real relaxing massage and I do plan to comeback I just hope it doesn't get weird again

I was able to ask questions ahead of time so I knew what to expect for my first massage. Mindy arrived a little before my appointment so we could have time for me to fill out the intake form, as well as go over what areas to focus on. I was a little nervous for .t first massage, so I was very talkative to start with. After going over the areas I was feeling stiff and sore (low back, shoulders, arms) she got to work. I never felt more at ease and relaxed. Throughout the massage, she kept asking if the pressure was okay in certain areas. It was such a relaxing massage, that I didn't want it to end. I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed. I cannot wait to schedule my next one! Mindy has a client for life now, abd best thing is that I don't have to drive anywhere for it as she brings the whole table to me. The table is also sturdy, coming from a bigger girl.

A few moments felt good, but asking her to ease up just made her more eager to press harder. then on the way out, I was asked to tip (refused to do it beforehand) and was told $20. I was literally scoffed at for doing 20% of two massages. not sure if it's a front for something else - but if you want an assertive, fart-filled experience, where 20% is never enough, than this is the place for you!!

Language barriers meant very little instruction so wouldn't recommend as your first time. And I'm 6ft tall and my feet hung off the bed and sheet wasn't long enough so my feet got a little cold When you walk in they only ask how long and cash or card. They only ask for a signature at the beginning and allow you to add a tip to the receipt afterward (was worried I'd have to run out and get cash). They do watch you write the tip just to say thank you. If you want anything specific you need to request. I let them know I wanted deep tissue but not too hard and pressure was perfect the whole time. There are not a lot of boundaries in this massage meaning it does include the butt in open air. I undressed and started face down. At first the massage started underneath the sheet (no skin contact) but then round two was uncovered and she asked if oil was okay. Then she put the sheet back on and grabbed a hot towel. The massage and wipe down was pretty aggressive but possibly because I asked for firmer. There was privacy while I flipped over and at the end she offered me a water bottle. I left feeling relaxed (she found knots I didn't know I had) and happy to support a local business

This was something I was so beyond excited for as I'm a Paraprofessional on winter break. I'm not sure if the lady I had was having an off day or what was going on but, she kept falling asleep and spacing out while working on me. I couldn't relax or even enjoy it because I had to keep "clearing my throat" to wake her up. She didn't have much pressure so it was like she was just moisturizing my feet. The first 24ish mins was her barely rubbing my left foot, she rub up my left leg once, never touch either of my ankles. Then the other half of the time she rubbed up my right leg a few times to begin and then continued to spaced out/fell asleep rubbing my right foot. Yes, I tipped her. This was a Christmas gift from my husband but next time I'll just ask him for a foot rub instead. I know I could have said something about the pressure but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I don't think I'll be back to try again.
