Cathy gets to the root of the issue because she's able to look at the body as a whole. I've had about 15 different professionals (orthos, chiros, PTs, massage therapists) do work on me the past year, trying to figure out what's "wrong" with me. None of these other professionals were able to fully figure it out, and I was only getting bits and pieces of understanding and temporary relief. Cathy assessed me and determined most of my problem was coming from my HIPS, which nobody else really looked at. So I was able to finally get answers and PEACE OF MIND, which is paramount when you're dealing with chronic pain. Her adjustment style is very interesting and unique, and more importantly GETS RESULTS. When you've had improper movement patterns for 10-20+ years, a deep tissue massage isn't going to cut it. I felt immediate pain relief and increased mobility after each session. And the homework was extensive and detailed, so I can continue my journey at home.
