I called today to make an appointment and the person answering the phone did not sound from this country. This means they're outsourcing labor and not hiring local people to actually answer their phones. When I asked the individual if they were located in Bozeman, they said no, when I asked the individual if they were located in the United States, they said "they could not answer." I think this is unfortunate as it's getting away from the small town dermatology clinic that I loved.

That is until a friend told me about Dr. Ridgway. I met with her and discussed it all. Dr. Ridgway even had phone calls with my surgeon in Texas to discuss how they would proceed. I have been seeing Dr. Ridgway for the expansion and just had my final reconstruction surgery this month. She has been nothing but amazing throughout the whole process. She is professional, and kind, and so is her staff. An OR nurse said to me that Dr Ridgway is meticulous, and that was the best thing to hear going into surgery because I knew she cared and would be precise. I was blessed to have Dr Ridgway as my plastic surgeon. I am pleased with my results. And I didn't have to leave BOZEMAN for amazing results. She is the best!

This laser treatment is promoted as the "latest & greatest advance" by many plastic surgery offices & med spas throughout the U.S., so I was excited to try it, & the aftercare protocols at this Bozeman location were excellent. However, considering that mine was a "superficial" level session, & that it was supposed to improve "fine lines & wrinkles", I can tell you that overall, it was an epic fail & a waste of money along with a couple weeks of downtime: I now have more pronounced lines overall & new lines along the left side of my mouth & jaw than I had before this procedure! The pores on my nose aren't less noticeable, either; my nose area was barely touched during the session. It felt to me that the trained & experienced nurse doing my treatment focused more on my chin & around my mouth, leaving other areas of concern virtually untouched, like my nose. I had a lot of oozing from my chin, which I'd never experienced before & so I asked about that; it was mentioned in the aftercare treatment directions, but the nurse seemed surprised by my question. I noticed the new lines along the left side of my mouth & jaw & specifically questioned how that could happen during a follow-up visit. I was told to give healing more time, so I did: No one from that office has ever followed up with me again, so that's the extent of their "customer service retention". UltraClear clearly isn't the ultra laser treatment it's touted to be! If I ever do a laser treatment again, I'm going back to Denver, to a highly-trained & very experienced aesthetician who specializes in CO2 laser treatments which have much less downtime & incredibly better results. I thought I was saving time & money by trying this "advanced laser" close to home, & I was wrong.
